본 연구는 구호주거 성능 기준 및 개발의 기반을 다지기 위해 구호주거 성능지표 체계를 개발하고 지표의 도입 방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 전문가 설문을 통한 계층적 분석 기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 진행하였다. 구호주거 성능지표 체계를 구축하기 위하여 구호주거를 항구적 주택이 마련되기 전까지 일정 기간 사용되는 중장기 임시 거주 시설로 정의하고 안전성, 신속성, 재사용성, 거주성, 경제성을 주요 성능 요소로 도출하였고, 주요 성능 요소와 건축물의 전 생애주기를 연계하여 계층화된 성능지표 체계를 구축하였다. 개발된 구호주거 성능지표 체계의 항목별 중요도를 계층적 분석 기법에 따라 정량적으로 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 중요도 분석 결과를 바탕으로 종합 가중치 1-10 순위의 성능 기준과 각 범주별 1순위의 성능 기준인 총 14개의 성능 기준을 필수 성능 기준(반드시 충족), 그 외는 권장 성능 기준(선택적 충족)으로 분류하여 구호주거 개발의 모든 단계를 고려한 성능지표를 구축하였다. 추후 구호주거 성능지표의 완성으로 재난에 의해 발생하는 이재민의 안정적인 거주 보장과 빠른 일상복귀를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this study, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted with aim of developing a post-disaster refugee housing performance index system (PPS) to improve the post-refugee housing (PRH) performance criteria for the foundation of quality-based development. The PRH was defined as a mid-term temporary housing facility that is used for a certain period before the permanent housing is established. The safety, rapidity, reusability, habitability, and economy were derived from major performance factors through prior research. A hierarchical PPS was organized by linking the major performance factors with the whole life cycle process of PRH. The priority of each performance index of PPS was determined quantitatively using the analytic hierarchy process through an expert survey. Based on AHP analysis, the performance criterion of the total weigh 1-10 ranking and the performance criterion of the first rank in each category were classified into the essential performance criterion (must be achieved) and the others were classified into the recommended performance criterion (optional achieved) and the performance index was constructed considering all stages of PRH development. With the completion of the PRH performance index, it is expected that victims will be able to secure stable residence and return to their daily lives quickly.

발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계: 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계에서 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 연구대상자는 서울시에 거주하는 장애인 가족 내 발달장애인의 성인 비장애 자녀 164명이며, 자료수집은 오프라인 설문조사로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도는 발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 발달장애인의 도전행동은 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 동시에 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 부정적인 태도를 통해 동반낙인감에 정적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 비장애 형제에 대한 장애인식 교육, 동반낙인감 개입, 부모교육, 통합교육환경에서 비장애 형제의 긍정적 경험 지원, 자조 모임 지원 등의 실천이 필요함을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to examine the mediating effect of the attitudes of toward persons with disabilities(ATD) among adult siblings without disabilities in the relationship between the challenging behaviors(CB) of siblings with developmental disabilities(DD) and affiliate stigma(AS) of their siblings. Participants are 164 siblings without disabilities in adulthood in Seoul. Data were collected from the “2020 Study on Psychosocial problems for Adult Siblings without Disabilities” conducted by Yonsei University and were analyzed using Process Macro. The results show that the ATD of siblings have a partial mediation effect in the relationship between the CB of siblings with DD and AS of their siblings. In other words, it was found that the CB of siblings with DD had a positive effect on the AS of their siblings, and at the same time had a positive effect on AS through the negative ATD. We suggest that policies and programs including perspective of the disability studies, intervening AS with them as well as perspective of social model to the CB, parental education, helping create positive experiences in integrated education, and support for self-help groups.
