본 연구는 포트폴리오 평가를 현대무용 창작수업에 적용하였을 때 나타나는 교육효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 현대무용 창작수업에 포트폴리오 평가를 적용하여 현대무용 수업의 과정을 심층적으로 관찰한 후 이를 체계적으로 문서화하는 연구방법을 채택하였다. 이러한 연구에 의해 수업을 담당한 교수는 학생에 대한 평가방법을 개선하고 소기의 교육목적을 달성할 수 있도록 하고, 학생들은 현대무용 창작수업에서 자신의 문제점을 파악하여 자신감을 갖고 학업에 충실히 임할 수 있는 동기부여를 받도록 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 구체적 성과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 포트폴리오 평가방식을 적용한 현대무용 창작수업은 자기주도적 개별 학습, 조별 학습, 그룹별 상호작용 학습으로 분류된다. 둘째, 포트폴리오 평가방식을 적용한 현대무용 창작수업은 체계적이고 단계적인 학습에 의해 학생들을 적극적으로 수업에 참여하게 하여 학습의 효율성을 높여준다. 셋째, 포트폴리오 평가방식을 적용한 현대무용 창작수업은 그룹별로 상호간의 협동을 강조한 학습방법이기 때문에, 이를 통하여 교수와 학생간의 상호작용, 학생들과의 상호작용 등이 활발하게 이루어지게 한다. 넷째, 포트폴리오 평가방식을 적용한 현대무용 창작수업은 교수의 반성적 고찰 내지 피드백적 사고를 기초로 하여 그 학습효과를 배가시키는 역할을 한다. 다섯째, 포트폴리오 평가방식을 적용한 현대무용 창작수업은 자기평가 기입식 평가방법을 통한 타당성 학습이기 때문에, 교수는 학습용 자료로서 포트폴리오 평가를 수준 있게 개발하고 수업에 적용할 필요가 있다. This study is to analyze in depth the effect of portfolio evaluation applied to a creativity class of modern dance. For this purpose, this study takes a new approach for the process of teaching that adopts portfolio evaluation. First, a creativity class of modern dance applying portfolio evaluation is a systematic learning method applying diverse techniques such as self-directed individual learning, group study, and interaction between groups. Second, a creativity class of modern dance applying portfolio evaluation is a systematic and step-by-step learning method of which positive learning time showed very high. Third, a creativity class of modern dance applying portfolio evaluation is a learning method presenting how to collaborate between groups, and interactions between professors and students, between colleagues and between teal leaders and teammates have been implemented actively. Fourth, a creativity class of modern dance applying portfolio evaluation draws a conclusion that for teachers teaching methods would be improved qualitatively through the feedback of efficacy of teaching based on a reflective teaching method, and for students the will to study and self-confidence would be enhanced considerably based on reflective thinking processes. Fifth, a creativity class of modern dance applying portfolio evaluations a validity study for self-reported evaluation method; therefore, professors need to develop appropriate study materials and to apply them in a modern dance class.

대학 무용전공자의 다각화된 진로개발을 위해서는 직업지도, 진로교육, 진로상담을 포함하는 진로개입(Career Intervention)을 교육현장에서 체계적으로 수행하는 것이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 대학 무용전공자를 위한 진로개입 실태를 확인하고 발전 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 최근 무용전공 졸업생들의 취업 실태를 분석하였으며, 무용학과 내 진로·취업 관련 교과목의 현황과 특성을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 현재 무용학과 또는 무용 전공이 개설된 4년제 대학 36개교를 연구의 대상으로 조사하였고, 이 중 30개교(83%)를 대상으로 진로개입에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 대학 무용전공자를 위한 진로개입은 외형적으로 확대된 모습을 보이고 있으나 체계적인 진로개입을 위한 접근 방안은 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 먼저, 무용전공자를 위한 직업지도를 충분히 지원할 수 있는 정보나 프로그램이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 대학 무용전공자를 위한 진로교육은 실천적인 형태로 학생들의 진로의사결정에 실재적이고 직접적인 기여를 하기 보다는 형식적인 절차에 의해 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 대학무용 전공자를 위한 진로상담은 직업지도와 진로교육에 비해 비교적 잘 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 이 연구는 대학 무용전공자를 위한 진로개입 발전 방안으로 무용직업군 직업표준체계 및 진로흥미검사를 위한 도구, 진로교육을 위한 체계적인 콘텐츠와 진로상담 가이드라인의 개발이 절실하다는 것을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual status of career intervention for university dance majors and present a direction for development. The employment rate of dance major graduates was analyzed through literature analysis, and the characteristics of the curriculum subjects in dance departments related to career path and employment were analyzed. In addition, a survey on career intervention was conducted with administrative professionals working in university dance departments. Findings drawn from the analysis of the current state of career intervention for dance majors are as follows: Career intervention for dance majors appears to have expanded, but results showed that approaches to systematic career intervention are still lacking. First, there were not enough information or programs that fully support Vocational guidance for dance majors. Next, career education for dance majors were being carried out merely as formality. Finally, career counseling for dance majors were being conducted at a better level compared to career guidance and career education. Based on these findings, this study suggested career intervention development measures for dance majors.

과일즙 및 발효 포도즙의 페놀성 화합물 함량과 항산화 활성

Some selected fruit juices and fermented red grape juices were investigated to determine the phenolic components by the Folin-Ciocalteu method and antioxidant capacity using α-α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) method. Commercial red grape beverages and red wines were also analyzed as control groups. In the juice, kiwi fruit had the highest phenolic components followed by orange(summer), red grape(Cambell Early:Yong-Chun), mandarin orange (autumn), apple(Hong-Ok), cherry tomato, tomato and water melon. Whereas, on the antioxidant efficiency, tomato showed the highest free radical scavenging effect followed by orange(summer), cherry tomato, mandarin orange(autumn), apple(Aori) red grape(Cambell Early:Sung-Ju), kiwi fruit and water melon. The amount of pheonlic components of red wine was 2 times of that of fermented sugar added grape juice, however, the antioxidant efficiency of fermented sugar added grape juice was almost the same as that of red wine. It was found that no clear relationship could be shown between the content of phenolic component and antioxidant capacity of fruit juices and fermented red grape juices. The fruit juices from tomato, orange, cherry tomato, mandarin orange, red grape and fermented sugar added red grape juice showed high free radical scavenging effect and should be regarded as a valuable source of antioxidant.
