이동약자 무장애관광 스코어 개발 : 지역의 물리적 환경을 중심으로

이동에 어려움을 겪는 장애인의 관광활동 권리 확보를 위해, 점진적으로 변화하는 도시환경을 이동약자의 관점에서 분석하고자, 다차원적 스코어를 제안하였다. 서울시의 공공 데이터를 재구성해 얻은 1차 지표인 ‘이동성’과 ‘편의성’, ‘여가성’과 ‘매력성’은 각각 2차 지표인 ‘무장애 정도’와 ‘관광 매력도’로 도출되며, 최종적으로 3차 지표인 무장애 관광 스코어로서 합산될 수 있다. 서울시를 150m의 반경을 갖는 정육각형의 그리드로 나누고, 각 구역의 1, 2, 3차 지표를 시각화하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 기존의 코스 중심 관광활동이 아닌, 도시 전체를 대상으로 주체적인 관광지 선택이 가능하도록 하였으며, 다차원적인 비교를 통해 개별 지역이 갖는 장점과 단점을 직관적으로 파악할 수 있었다. A multidimensional score was proposed in order to enhance the right of tourism activities for people with mobility-disabilities. To do so, this study was conducted to analyze the gradually changing urban built environment from the perspective of the mobility handicapped-person. The Accessible Tourism Score is generated in relation to Primary, Secondary and Tertiary indicators derived from the restructed data of ‘Seoul Open Data’. Rate of ‘Mobility’ "Convenience’ ‘Leisure Quality’ and ‘Attractiveness’ is the primary indicator. ‘Accessibility’, ‘Tourism Attractiveness’ as secondary indicator are obtained by composing these elements. Finally, the tertiary indicators ‘the Accessible tourism score’ can be formulated. By dividing Seoul’s territory into 150m-radius hexagonal grid, evaluation and comparison of each hexagonal area in terms of data regarding to those three layers of indicators can be visualized. As a result, each area consists of hexagonal grids could be intuitively evaluated as accessible tourism friendly area through multi-dimensional comparison. This allows users to make autonomous choices in tourism apart from the given tourist routes and attractions.
