This study addresses interactions of the economy and environment in a regional computable general equilibrium (CGE) focusing on greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation strategies in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Whether Korea has to reduce the greenhouse gas or not, it has large influence on not only Korea economy, but also Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province, such as changes in GDP and welfare. In the case of reducing greenhouse gases in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province, the output in fossil fuel and energy-intensive sectors have decreased sharply. Therefore, we have to set up differentiated the long-term energy plan in the regional level, and improve energy efficiency in the energy-intensive sectors.

This article presents a new methodology for marketing network decision making using geographic information system, in particular to food processing enterprises. GIS for decision making has three main components of (ⅰ) database with spatial data (network, location, etc.) and attributive data(road specification, fuel cost, etc.), (ⅱ) model with network analysis and traffic congestion cost analysis. There are financial accounting informations as well as informations about marketing network like as the optimal networks of distance, cost and time in the results of this study.
영.호남 작부체계의 바이오에너지용 신품종 도입시 경제적 가치 비교분석

The production of bio-energy crops is a major research project in the emphasizing the "low carbon green growth" strategy. For this, the possibility of the introduction of the new energy crops improve the agricultural income from fanning must be diagnosed. This study describes the level of agricultural income per unit area by cropping system based on the income of crops in the field. Especially, we have chosen the southern part attracting the attention in the possible area of the bio-energy crop production. This study consists of five chapters. Chapter I is the introduction. Chapter II is on the status of the southern part cropping system and the analysis of the economic value. Chapter III is on the economic value analysis introducing new bio-energy crops. Chapter IV is on the comparative analysis for the economic value of the croping system introducing new bio-energy crops. Chapter V is the conclusion.
선진국 NAMEA 비교분석에 의한 한국 NAMEA 작성과 환경원단위 분석

이 논문은 화폐단위의 국민경제계정행렬과 물적단위의 환경계정이 통합되어 있는 환경계정을 포함한 환경경제국민계정행렬(National Accounting Matrix including Environmental Accounts: NAMEA)을 작성하였다. NAMEA는 한국의 2007년 기준 산업연관표 및 환경통계를 기반으로 9개의 국민계정 항목, 10개의 환경오염물질과 3개의 환경주제를 포함한다. NAMEA를 이용하여 환경주제의 산업별 기여도를 분석한 결과 온실효과는 전력가스 및 수도업(20.4%)이, 산성화효과는 농림수산식픔(27%)이, 폐기물은 건설(57%)이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. GDP에 기반한 직접적 환경원단위톨 분석한 결과 온실효과는 비금속광물제품(18.05)이, 산성화효과는 농림수산식품(10.3)이 그리고 폐기물은 광산품(26.6)이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 산업연관분석 방법을 고려한 간접적 환경원단위를 분석한 결과 온실효과는 광산품(15.54)이, 산성화효과는 광산품(9.53)이 그리고 폐기물은 제1차 금속제품(13.18)이 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 경제정책이 환경에 미치는 영향 또는 환경정책이 경제에 미치는 영향 등의 분석과 기후변화 관련 정책결정에 종요한 기초자료가 될 것이다. 특히, NAMEA는 기후변화 관련 분석 모형에서 하향식 접근법에 따른 모형에 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This study has compiled the NAMEA which is integrated national accounts matrix of monetary unit and environmental accounts of physical unit for the Korea 2007. The Korean NAMEA consists of 10 national and environmental accounts and 3 environmental themes. It shows the highest contribution sectors on greenhouse and acidification effects that are electric gas and water supply service(20.4%) and agricultural products(27%). It also shows the environmental unit requirenet that is the environmental pressure relative to it's GDP with respect to greenhouse and acidification effects. They are nonmetallic mineral products(18.5) and agricultural products(10.3) which are the highest unit requirenet sectors. However, the demand for goods and services also causes pollution through the intermediate inputs into the production of goods and services. This study presents the results of an input-output analysis. The results shows that mineral products(15.54) is the highest sector on both greenhouse and acidification effects. It should be developed as an environment-economic policy simulations coping with the climate change if results of the Korean NAMEA compilation expanded into the Environmental SAM(ESAM). It have also expected to be a Database for the simulation of a diversity of policy options
