고교학점제에 따른 음악과 교육과정 선택과목 구성 및 운영 방안

본 연구는 2025년 시행을 앞둔 고교학점제에 맞추어 고등학교 음악과 교육과정의 선택 교과목 구성 및 운영 방안을 마련하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위하여 고등학교 음악 교과목을 중심으로 국내 및 국외 음악과 교육과정을 분석하여 경향성을 파악하였으며, 선택과목에 관한 교육부의 개편안 및 전문가 자문 의견 등을 종합적으로 수렴하여 다양한 고교 음악 선택 교과목 구성과 운영 방안을 마련하고 타당화하였다. 이를 기반으로 차기 2022년 개정 음악과 교육과정의 교과목 재편성에 함의를 줄 수 있는 시기적으로 적절한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to prepare a curriculum plan for organizing and operating elective course of music subjects in accordance with the high school credit system, which is expected to be implemented in 2025. To this end, domestic and international music curricula were analyzed centering on high school music subjects and trends were identified. Also the Ministry of Education's reorganization plan and experts' advisory opinions on elective subjects were comprehensively collected. Thus, it was constructed and validated various organization and operation plans for elective courses of high school music subjects. Based on this, it is significant in that it is a timely and appropriate study that can give implications to the reorganization of subjects in the next 2022 revised music curriculum.

음악과 교육과정 국제 비교 - 미국, 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 싱가포르, 독일, 프랑스, 핀란드를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 우리나라 차기 교육과정 개정의 방향 설정을 위하여 최근 국외 음악과 교육과 정 내용의 체계와 구성을 비교⋅분석하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 교육과정 분야에서 활발히 연구되는 미국, 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 싱가포르, 독일, 프랑스, 핀란드의 교육과정을 대상으로 목표 및 역량, 내용, 성취기준, 교수⋅학습 및 평가의 전체적인 경향성을 파악하였고, OECD와 EU의 최신 교육 연구 및 우리나라 교육과정과 대조하며 논의하였다. 이를 바탕으로 총론 역량 및 음악과 역량의 구성 방식과 내용, 음악 내용 영역의 특징, 성취기준 진술 내용과 형태, 교수⋅ 학습 및 평가 내용과 구체성 수준, 문서의 전반적인 역량 연계 방식 등에 대한 종합적 결과와 함의를 도출하였다. This study is aimed to analyze the latest international music curriculum to set the direction for the revision of the next curriculum. Targeting curriculum in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, France, and Finland, comprehensive trends are identified by comparing and analyzing goals and competencies, content, achievement standards, teaching and learning, and evaluation. And it is discussed in the latest educational research by OECD and the EU. Based on this, comprehensive results and implications were derived for the composition method and content of general competencies and music competencies, the characteristics of the music content area, the content and form of the achievement standard statement, the content of teaching and learning, and evaluation, and the competency linkage method.

2022 개정 교육과정 총론 방향(안)에 따른 새로운 음악과 교육과정 구성 방안 탐색

본 연구는 2022년 차기 교육과정 개정을 앞두고 제시된 총론의 방향(안)에 따라 새로운음악과 교육과정의 구성 방안을 탐색하여 차기 교육과정 개정에 함의를 주고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 관련 공문서, 선행연구, 연구보고서, 국내 및 국외 교육과정 문서 및 범국가적 기구들의 연구 자료 등을 대상으로 이론적 분석을 실시하고 개선 방안을 구성하였다. 또한온라인 전문가 자문 조사 및 협의회를 거쳐 의견을 종합적으로 수렴하고 개선 방안의 타당화및 구체화를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 새로운 음악과 교육과정의 구성 방안, 즉 음악과의 목표, 교과 역량, 내용 영역 및 성취기준별 개선 방안을 도출하여 제안하였으며, 이는 총론의 새로운방향과 최근 교육과정 관련 경향성과 구체성을 모두 포괄하는 시의적절한 연구라는 점에서 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to provide implications for the following curriculum revision by exploring ways to organize new music curricular composition according to the general direction(draft) presented ahead of the curriculum revision in 2022. To this end, theoretical analysis was conducted on related official documents, prior research, research reports, domestic and international curricular documents, and research materials of cross-national organizations. In addition, experts advisory opinions were comprehensively collected through online surveys and councils, so improvement plans were validated and concretized. To conclude, the composition plans for each goal, competency, content area, and achievement standards of a new music curriculum were derived and proposed. It is significant because it is an apposite study that encompasses both the new direction(draft) of curricular and the recent tendency.
