지적장애 청소년의 사회성 향상을 위한 음악심리치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과

본 연구의 목적은 지적장애 청소년의 사회성 향상을 위한 음악심리치료 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 천성문 등(2017)의 상담 프로그램 연구모형에 따라 이론전문가와 현장전문가의 자문을 바탕으로 수정·보완하여 총 12회기로 구성된 최종프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 B시에 있는 지적장애 청소년 30명을 대상으로 실험집단, 비교집단, 통제집단으로 무선배정하고 사전·사후·추후 시점에 따라 비교하였다. 측정도구로는 자기표현, 사회적 기술, 또래관계 척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과 지적장애 청소년들의 자기표현, 사회적 기술, 또래관계에 대하여 사회성 향상 음악심리치료 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단이 자아존중감, 자기표현, 사회적 기술에 대한 합창위주의 치료적 음악활동인 비교집단과 무처치 통제집단에 비해 척도별 영역에서 뿐만 아니라 하위영역 모두에서 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 질적 분석인 회기별 경험보고서로 변화양상을 분석한 결과 자기표현, 사회적 기술 부분이 향상되었고 프로그램 참여 후 통합학급 일반친구의 또래관계에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 경험한 것으로 보고되었다.

Symbiotic stars are known as binary systems with both cool and hot components with enshrounding nebulous gas. The cool component, M-type giant, is presumably loosing its mass into a hot white or main sequence companion star through the inner Lagrangian point. The lines emit from the ionized nebulous region around the hot star while the mass loss or accretion activity is believed to be the main cause of sudden variation of the continuum and line fluxes. We selected 17 symbiotics for which the emission line fluxes were measured from the IUE SWP, LWR data, to find variability of spectrum. We also investigated the periodic variation of emissions or eclipsing effect from the IUE lines. All of our symbiotics show very high electron densities in the emission regions. For other optical symbiotics, the observations had been carried in 1999 with BOAO mid-resolution spectrometer. We classified symbiotics based on their outburst activities, or emission line characteristics, i.e., OVIλ6830.TheOVIλ6830 OVIλ6830.TheOVIλ6830 emission lines are also found in S-type symbiotics, which have been known as charateristics of D-types.

Background: The trigeminocardiac reflex (TCR), which occurs after stimulation of the territory of the trigeminal nerve, is very rarely reported to be caused by stimulation of the mandibular branch. We report a case of TCR in open reduction for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dislocation. Case: A 74-year-old female presented for TMJ dislocation. During open reduction of TMJ under general anesthesia, severe bradycardia (15 beats/min) occurred. Immediately 0.5 mg atropine was administered intravenously, and the surgical manipulation was stopped. After 30 seconds, heart rate normalized. During surgery, severe bradycardia occurred one more time. It disappeared spontaneously as soon as surgical manipulation was stopped. The surgery was completed uneventfully. Conclusions: Because of the possibility of profound bradycardia, asystole, or even death when evoked, it is important to be aware of the trigeminocardiac reflex during manipulation of the mandibular divisions, especially during surgical stimulation of the TMJ.
