This manuscript considered how the earthquakes at Husimi region of Kyoto in July 1596, affected foreign relations of Toyotomi administration which was in power at that time. Husimi earthquakes happened at Kyoto, the center of government at the end of Toyotomi administration, and therefore its impact was fatal, leading Hideyosi to a political crisis. Due to broad scale of Husimi earthquakes, from Kyoto to Husimi, Osaka and Sakai, it resulted roughly thousands to millions of people to death. Also the earthquakes, one of natural disasters, occurred when Hideyosi died from sickness. Together with the Hidetusu incident, it created fermentation, indication of rebellion, and society confusion. Demand to withdraw Japanese troops from Korea at Treaty, which was proceeding among Japan, China and the Ming- dynasty and the fact that they could not get economic profits through trade caused the war. However, the manuscript emphasized facts that not only an aggressive war have gone for nothing due to the earthquakes but also even though the domestic situation was unsettled, they attacked Korea again in order to keep his power In government.

중소병원 간호사의 병상규모별 간호업무환경과 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 병원규모별 간호업무환경, 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2015년 8월 10일부터 8월 24일까지 B광역시 소재 200병상 미만 병원에 근무하는 간호사 131명, 200∼400병상 병원에 근무하는 간호사 145명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병상규모 200∼400병상 간호사와 200병상 미만 간호사에서 간호업무환경과 직무배태성은 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 이직의도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 두 집단 모두에서 이직의도는 간호업무환경 및 직무배태성과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 200병상 미만 병원에서 직무배태성, 나이, 간호업무환경의 순이었으며, 200∼400병상 병원에서 직무배태성, 월급여, 간호업무환경의 순이었다. 현재 중소병원 간호사의 이직률 증가로 인해 간호사의 인력난이 심각한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구결과는 중소병원 간호사의 간호업무환경을 개선하고 직무배태성을 높여 이직의도를 감소시키기 위한 전략을 마련하는데 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of turnover intention of nursing according to the nurses" practice environments and job embeddedness in medium-to-small sized hospital s. A total of 131 nurses working in a hospital with less than 200 beds, and 145 nurses in a hospital with 200 to 400 beds were included in this study. Data were collected from 10th to 24th of August, 2015 and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The results were as follows: (a) Nurses" practice environment and job embeddedness showed no significant differences between the two groups, but there were significant differences of turnover intention between the two groups; (b) turnover intention was negatively correlated with nurses" practice environment and job embeddedness in each group; and (c) in hospital of less than 200beds, the factors of influencing turnover intention were job embeddedness, age and nurses" practice environment. Conversely, in a hospital with 200 to 400 beds, the factors of influencing turnover intention were job embeddedness, pay, and nurses" practice environment. This study suggests that to reduce turnover intention, we have to improve the practice environment of nurses and to enhance job embeddedness for nurses in medium-to-small sized hospitals.
