DMZ 일원의 평화적 이용과 남북체육교류협력 구상에 관한 연구

The purpose is to try to find a study on the peaceful utilization of DMZ Area and planning sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. The methods of this study are considered of reviews of literature and content analyses. The main contents consist of three aspects, And is composed with a conclusion. A study on the Peaceful Utilization of DMZ Area and Planning Sports Exchange and Cooperation between South and North Korea a conclusion as follows; first, A peaceful utilization of DMZ Area and sports exchange and cooperation of the driving vision is the ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Peace Zone’. Second, A peaceful utilization of DMZ Area and sports exchange and cooperation of the driving aim is the ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Town’. Third, A must be made in ‘Kumgangsan Toutist Region’ of North Korea. Fourth, The driving principle of ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Town’ made is a connectedness and is a phased propulsion. Fifth, To ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Town’ with ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Town Governing Committee’, ‘Koreans Sports Exchange and Cooperation Committee’ come and ‘Koreans Exchange and Cooperation Support Center’establishments are necessary.

The purpose of this study is to consider of the sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea through seeks an educational institution in roles. The methods of this study are considered of reviews of literature and content analysis. The main contents consist of five aspects, and they also become conclusions of this study. The purpose is to try to find a driving drection of the sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea of「Roh Moo-Hyun Government」, The methods of this study are considered of reviews of literature and content analyses. The main contents consist of four aspects, and they also become conclusions of this study. In the sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea, a evaluation and task as follow: first, the principle of internationality, Second, the principle of approach of the public, Third, the principle of to increase the national homogeneity, Fourthly, the principle of non-politics, Fifthly, the principle of originality, Sixthly, the principle of variety, Lastly, the principle of national unification. First, it is necessary to selection focus of strategic approach through the sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. Such as, the sports exchange and cooperation should be activated through the regular unification soccer games between South and North Korea. Second, it is necessary to diversification strategy through the sports exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. 한국 서해에서 수온 및 염분에 미치는 기상 인자의 영향

1971년부터 2001년까지 해양 및 기상관측 자료를 활용하여 한국 서해에서 기상인자(기온, 바람, 강수량)가 수온과 염분 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석 하였다. 그 결과 수온-기온, 수온-강수량, 염분-풍속은 정상관(+)을, 수온-풍속, 염분-기온, 염분-강수량은 역상관(-)의 관계를 보였다. 기상인자와 해양인자간의 시간지연(time lag)은 표층에서 $0{\sim}4$개월, 저층까지 기상의 영향이 도달하는 데에는 표층보다 $0{\sim}4$개월의 시간지연이 더 있었다. 수온은 같은 해의 기온 변화의 영향을 크게 받는 반면, 염분은 그 직전해의 강수량의 영향을 크게 받았다. 풍속의 강약에 따라 수온, 염분의 변동 폭 또한 함께 변하였다. The effect of meteorological factors such as air temperature (AT), wind speed (WS), precipitation (Pre) on the variation of water temperature (WT) and salinity (Sal) in the West Sea of Korea for the period 1971 to 2001 was illustrated. As a result of this study, WT-AT, WT-Pre, and Sal-WS had positive correlation, reversely WT-WS, Sal-AT and Sal- Pre had negative correlation. In the surface layer, time lag between atmospheric factors and oceanographic factors was 0 to 4 months, on the other hand in the bottom layer, it was delayed 0 to 4 months compared to the surface. WT was affected by AT in the same year, but Sal was affected by precipitation in the previous year. The variation of WT and Sal was in harmony with change of wind speed.
