팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생의 그릿과 정서지능 문제해결력의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생의 그릿과 정서지능, 문제해결력의 관계를 알아보고 그릿요인과 정서지능요인이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 Y시와 J시에 있는 전문대학 유아교육과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 모바일을 이용하여 설문자료를 배포한 후 최종 수집된 설문 119부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생들의 정서지능은 문제해결력과 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육과 팀 기반 학습에서 유아교육과 학생들의 정서지능 하위요인인 타인정서인식, 정서활용, 정서조절 요인은 문제해결력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 팀 기반 학습 맥락에서 유아교육과 학생의 문제해결력을 높이기 위해서 정서지능 프로그램 지원이 필요함을 제언한다. 또한 유아교육과 학과와 학생 특성을 반영한 다양한 팀 기반 교육과정 개발 및 실천 노력이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between grit, emotional intelligence, and problem solving ability of early childhood education students in team-based learning and to understand the influence of grit and emotional intelligence factors on problem solving ability factors. This study was conducted on the third grade students of the department of early childhood education in junior colleges in Y and J cities. The questionnaires were distributed using mobile and the final collected 119 sheets were analyzed. The collected data were performed using SPSS 21.0 for descriptive statistic analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, in team-based learning, emotional intelligence has a static correlation with problem solving ability of early childhood education student. Second, in team-based learning, emotion recognition for others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation, which are sub factors of emotional intelligence, have a positive influence on the problem solving ability of early childhood education student. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the provision of emotional intelligence programs is necessary to enhance the problem solving ability in team-based learning of students majoring in early childhood education. And efforts are needed to develop and implement in various team-based curriculum that reflects the department and student characteristics.

원격수업을 경험한 예비유아교사의 자기주도학습능력이 학습지속의향에 미치는 영향: 이러닝효능감과 사회적 실재감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-directed learning ability, e-learning efficacy, social presence, and learning persistence of pre-service early childhood teachers who experienced distance class, and to investigate the mediating effect of e-learning efficacy and social presence. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 800 students from the early childhood education department of 15 universities that conducted distance classes, and the final 331 copies were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, it appears that pre-service early childhood teachers prefer distance class, reflecting the fact that distance class has less space and time constraints than face-to-face classes and that it is possible to repeat learning. Second, self-directed learning ability, e-learning efficacy, social presence, and learning persistence of pre-service early childhood teachers who experienced distance class showed positive correlations. It can be inferred that the higher the self-directed learning ability, the higher learning persistence was exhibited. Third, it is found that e-learning efficacy and social presence play a double mediating role in the relationship between self-directed learning ability and learning persistence. Accordingly, implications are provided for ways to improve learning persistence in the future designing distance classes for pre-service early childhood teachers.

예비교사가 기대하는 실습지도 -대학, 실습기관, 실습지도교사의 역할을 중심으로

본 연구는 예비보육교사가 기대하는 실습에서의 대학, 기관, 지도교사의 역할을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ‘보육실습’과목을 신청한 예비보육교사 100명을 대상으로 반성적 저널쓰기를 통한 분석을 실시하였고 연구 참여자 중 8명을 대상으로 표적집단면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사는 응원과 조언, 선배들의 현장경험 공유, 실제적 수업수행기술과 실습 관련 정보제공을 대학에 기대하였다. 보육실습기관에 대해서는 심리적으로 따뜻한 격려, 존중하는 태도, 적극적인 가르침과 더불어 실습재료 사용과 같은 물리적 지원 등을 기대하였다. 또한 예비교사들은 친절하면서도 배울 수 있는 전문적인 교사, 인성이 좋은 교사, 활발한 교사를 지도교사로 기대하였다. 결론적으로 예비교사들은 실질적 실습 정보제공, 정서적 안정과 전문적 지원, 수평적 관계 맺음을 중요하게 생각하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 대학과 기관은 실습생의 정서적 지원 시스템 구축, 실습생, 지도교사, 지도교수와의 협력 체제 구축 등의 예비보육교사들의 기대를 수용하고 지원할 수 있는 실질적인 보육실습 지원방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the roles of colleges, institutions, and guidance teachers in the practical training expected of pre-service teachers. For the research, 100 students in early childhood education were analyzed by reflection journal and 8 of them were interviewed. Pre-service teachers expected cheer and counseling, sharing the experiences of senior students, providing practical instructional skills and practical information to the college. The pre-service teachers expected warm encouragement, respectful attitude, active teaching and material support to the institution. The pre-service teachers expected professional teachers who are kind, able to learn, good teachers, active teachers. In conclusion, it can be seen that the pre-service teachers consider providing practical training information, emotional stability and professional support, and horizontal relationship. Therefore, colleges and institutions should seek practical support for child care practice that can accommodate and support the expectation of pre-service teachers, such as building an emotional support system for pre-service teachers, building cooperation with pre-service teachers, guidance teachers, and advisor.
