중국의 역사에서 송미령은 장개석의 부인이며 항일투쟁가이지만, 중국의 정치적 근대화와 탁월한 외교에 크게 기여한 인물로 평가받고 있다. 송미령의 정치적인 활동중에 방미와 미국 의회 연설이 중요한 사건임에도 불구하고, 국내외에 송미령의 의회 연설 텍스트 분석 연구는 거의 미진한 상황이다. 이 연구는 송미령의 정치활동과 리더쉽에 대한 연구가 아니라, 그녀의 1943년 2월 18일 2번의 의회 연설중 상원 의회 연설을 수사학의 이론적인 체계와 요소에 따라 분석하면서 송미령의 연설 내용을 평가하고자 한다. 중국 근대사에서 송미령의 정치적이고 외교적인 활동을 평가함에 있어 주목할 만한 사실은 먼저 국내적으로는 분열의 시기에 송미령은 장개석의 아내가 아닌 정치 참모로서의 역할을 감당하였다는 사실이다. 그리고 무엇보다 송미령의 미국 유학의 개인적인 경험이 중일 전쟁의 시기에 중국의 상황을 잘 대변하여 미국의 실제적인 지원을 얻어내는 외교적인 성과를 얻어낸 것은 괄목할 만 것이다. 그중에 대표적이 것이 1943년 2월 18일 미국 의회 연설이었다. 이 연설로 이후 대외적으로 중국의 정치적 상황과 위상을 드러내고, 국내적으로는 항일 투쟁을 고취시킨 결과로 중국의 국익에 크게 기여한 역량이 있는 진정 중국의 퍼스트 레이디였다. 중일의 전쟁의 위기 상황에서 자유의 이념의 가치를 자유 우방이 상호 공유하도록 열강에 호소한 송미령의 미국 의회 연설은 중국에 정치적 외교적인 면에서 보면 대단한 국익을 가져다 준 사건이었다. 송미령의 연설은 수사학적인 면에서 보면 아주 짧은 연설이었음에도 불구하고, 수사학의 체계에서 살펴본 대로 착상과 배열, 표현에서 아주 설득력있는 연설의 모델이 되었다. 중국 근대사에서 송미령의 연설은 역사적으로 자유의 이념과 가치가 우방간의 동맹과 협조 그리고 실제적인 지원으로 실현되어야 한다는 좋은 선례를 남긴 사건이라고 할 수 있다. 이 연설로 아시아의 정치적인 문제가 유럽과 미국에서 무관심했던 상황에서, 아시아의 정치적인 문제를 국제적인 이슈로 부각되는 계기를 마련했다는 점도 주목할 만하다.

현재 인터넷은 최초로 ARPANET이 설치된 1969년부터 시작하면 초기 TCP/IP 아키텍쳐를 기본으로 해서 40 여년 동안 기본 뼈대를 바꾸지 않고 진화해 왔다. 패킷 스위칭, IP 계층을 thin waist로 하는 유연한 구조, 확장성 있는도메인 이름과 IP 주소의 매핑 등 TCP/IP 아키텍쳐의 장점 덕분에 현재까지는 거의 대부분의 서비스를 잘 지원하고있으나 단말기 이동성, 라우팅 확장성, 보안, 망 관리 등 현재 여러가지 문제점이 대두됨에 따라 새로운 인터넷 아키텍쳐가 필요하다는 주장이 몇 년 전부터 제기되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 현재 인터넷의 문제점들과 기술적인 이슈들을 분석해 보고 이를 해결하려는 제안된 아키텍쳐들을 소개하며 마지막으로 향후 인터넷의 큰 변화에 대한 개인적인 의견을제시하고자 한다.

고등학교 세계사 교과서에 나오는 삽화에 대한 고찰 -종교개혁을 중심으로

In recent years, world civilization education is becoming more important. At the same time, there are many discussions and researches of the learning and the burden on students. In this paper, I suggest ways to improve history education by utilizing historical imagination and historical thinking through illustrations in history textbooks. In order to achieve these goals, I first I examined the numbers and types of illustrations of history textbooks from the 7th curriculum to the 15th revised curriculum. Reviewing the results of the uses of illustrations, there were many illustrations centered on simple certain figures and many cases of insufficient description and explanations. In addition, there was a lack of linkage with the textbook text and illustrations, and there was a distance to increase students' historical knowledge or to develop historical thinking ability Regarding to this issues, I reviewed history textbooks from the United Kingdom, the United States, France and Germany, and suggested alternative various ways of utilizing illustrations in textbooks. Theses illustrations can be an important alternative to the necessity of images in history education and can help when publishing history textbooks in the modern digital age. 최근 세계화 시대를 맞이하여 세계사 교육은 더욱 중요해 지고 있다. 동시에 학생들의 학습량 부담 경감에 대한 논의와 연구도 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 교과서에서 삽화를 활용하는데 주목하여 학생들의 역사적 상상력이나 역사적 사고력의 증진을 꾀하고자 하였다. 먼저 7차 교육과정부터 현행 2015 개정 교육과정까지 세계사 교과서를 분석하여 삽화의 개수와 유형을 파악하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 단순 인물 중심의 삽화가 많았으며 역사적 설명이 불충분한 경우도 많았다. 또한 교과서 본문과 연계성이 부족한 삽화가 제시되어 학생들의 역사 지식 증대나 역사적 사고력의 함양에는 거리가 있었다. 이러한 문제점에 대해 영국, 미국, 프랑스, 독일의 교과서를 분석하여 그 대안을 각각 제시하였다. 이미 시작된 디지털 시대의 역사 연구 방법과 교재 편찬에서 이미지의 활용에 있어서 삽화는 중요한 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

I will look at examples of historical distortion caused by the popularization of history through TV program (star lecturer of Mr Seol) and a historical drama(Joseon Exorcist) and finally, I would like to deal the historian's responsibility for popularizing history. What I would like to suggest through this study is that historians should not stand in a critical position on the problem of historical distortion caused by the popularization of history, but rather take responsibility for the popularization of history and the role of historians is needed. 권태경 한국복음주의역사신학회 2022 역사신학 논총 Vol.41 No.-
This is a study on 『The Christian News』 published by Horace Grant Underwood, a missionary dispatched to the North Presbyterian Church in the United States. Looking at the purpose and nature of the publication of newspapers, it emphasizes the necessity of establishing a newspaper for the sake of the country and the Chosun people, and says that newspapers are necessary for the enlightenment of the people. What makes this newspaper unique from other newspapers at the time is that it deals with 'knowledge of agriculture and machinery' in newspaper articles. Another characteristic of 『The Christian News』 is that it emphasizes the importance of education through the establishment of schools. This is special in that the newspaper deals with new innovative and content that speaks to the value of women's equality. It can be seen that the 『The Christian News』 has greatly contributed to the enlightenment and education of Korea's modernization.
