방사선 개인피폭선량계를 이용한 피폭선량 측정 및 유용성 평가

선량계 유용성을 평가하기 위한 방법으로 방사선관계종사자의 피폭선량을 측정하여 개인피폭관리를 위한 선량계 선택의 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 2012년 1년간 방사선사 30명을 대상으로 하였으며 개인피폭 누적선량을 측정하여 열형광선량계, 형광유리선량계, 광자극발광선량계의 성능을 조사하였다. 연구방법으로는 DAP와 ion-chamber를 이용하여 세종류 개인피폭선량계의 선량측정값을 비교 분석하였으며 의료기관별, 검사업무별, 분기별 방사선관계종사자의 피폭누적선량을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 직접 X선조사를 통한 개인피폭선량계의 선량값과 ion-chamber의 절대값에서 광자극발광선량계가 열형광선량계나 형광 유리선량계에 비해 더 유사한 선량값을 나타내 측정 능력면에서 더 우수한 결과를 나타냈다. 또한 방사선발생구역에서 방사선관계종사자의 피폭선량이 광자극발광선량계에서 보다 높게 나타났다. To propose a basis for the selection of personal dosimeters to measure radiation dose administration of radiation workers as a way to evaluate the usefulness dosimeter. For the dosimetry of the radiation workers 2012, during 1 year, 30 were radiation workers to measure personal dose. By personal exposure is measured cumulative dose, is investigated the performance of the TLD, PLD, OSLD. And comparing the measured value of each dosimeter dose and analyzed. Medical institutions, inspection work and quarterly confirmed the cumulative exposure dose of radiation workers. Using DAP and Ion-Chamber, to measure to compare TLD, PLD, OSLD dosimeter performance. A comparison of the directly through the X-ray dosimeter and The absolute value of the Ion-Chamber, OSLD more similar than in the TLD and PLD showed the dose values so the excellent ability to measure the results. Also in radiation generating area dose of radiation workers is higher than that in OSLD. Consequently, in terms of the individual exposure management OSLD is appropriated and beneficial than others.

Abstract In this study, we evaluated the DAP(Dose Area Product) reduction effect of the newly developed IRIS collimator by measuring the DAP of the Rectangle collimator and the IRIS collimator depending on the field, SID(Source to Image recpetor Distance) change, and AEC mode use. The results were as follows. The IRIS collimator decreased DAP by 34.91, 29.33, and 29.04%, respectively, compared to the Rectangle collimator when the field was increased to 8×8, 12×12, 16×16 inch. And also, when the SID was increased to 100, 120 and 140 cm, the IRIS collimator decreased DAP by 10.73, 33.68 and 46.22%, respectively, compared to the Rectangle collimator. In AEC mode and none-AEC mode, DAP in IRIS collimator was reduced by 32.71 and 21.69%, respectively, compared with the Rectangle type. The IRIS collimator can reduce DAP by 29.62% on average compared to Rectangle type, which is statistically significant. These results suggest that the newly developed IRIS collimator can be used in medical field to alleviate radiation exposure.

Vehicle vibration characteristics at idle were improved when cylinder spark timing was controlled individually. New EMS logic applied to this study calculates cylinder-specific engine roughness and then advances or retards cylinder spark timing individually according to the calculated value of engine roughness. As cylinder spark timing was correcting, C0.5 vibrations at idle which are related to 1 cylinder torque imbalance were attenuating as well as overall engine roughness was. This result indicates that the new logic can be used as an effective way to reduce idle torque imbalance between cylinders at little additional cost.
