공군교회 성인여성을 위한 공과교재 분석 : 전통주의와 개념-경험주의 교육과정 이론을 중심으로
이 연구는 군대사회라는 특수한 환경 속에서 생활하는 공군교회의 군인가족들을 위한 공과교재에 대한 연구로서 육·해·공군에서 처음으로 군인교회 공과 교재를 분석하는 의의를 지닌다. 우선, 교재를 분석하는 틀이 되는 기독교 교육과정에서의 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 한다. 특별히 캠벨 와이코프와 아이리스컬리의 기독교 교육과정 이론을 기초로 연구의 근거를 삼아 분석하려고 한다. 다음으로, 군대사회의 특징과 군인교회 구성원으로서의 성인여성의 ‘삶의 자리’를 확인한 후, 공군교회라는 컨텍스트(context)와 성인여성이라는 학습자에 대한 이해를 통해, 새로운 교육과정을 위한 중요한 자료로서 제시하고자 한다. 주된 분석 내용은 공과 교재의 체계성과 효율성에 집중하고자 한다. 새로운 모델을 위한 근거로는 학습자인 군인교회 성인여성의 발달심리학적이해와 ‘삶의 자리’, 즉 상황적 특수성을 적용하였는지 분석하면서, 공과에 포함되어야 할 교육내용을 제시하는데 논문의 목표를 두고 있다. 타군(육·해군)에서는 아직 통일된 군인교회 공과교재가 발행되지 않았기 때문에 공군교재만을 분석하기 때문에 공군에서 적용하기에 적합한 분석결과를 제시하는 한계를 지니고 있다. 또한, 이 논문에서 제시하는 공과분석 결과는 앞으로 새로운 공과의 모델개발을 위한, 학습자의 요구분석을 시행하지 못한 것 또한 이 논문의 한계임을 인정할 수 밖에 없다. 그러나 이런 시도는 타군의 군인교회가 새로운 공과를 집필하는데 도움이 되는 참고자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this thesis is to present the outline of curriculum analysis and to propose a direction of text revision for air-force church community. To accomplish this goal, I have stated the followings ; First, I've borrowed the christian curriculum theories from christian education field. Especially, thanks to Traditionalists, Conceptual-Empiricists, and Reconceptualists, this paper was founded on rigidness. Second, I suggested that Knowles' investigation into adult learner, Andragogy theory had gave an impulse to many christian educator. After the entrance of 'andragogy' concept, new research into adult learner had spreaded an importance of learning among the public. In addition to it, I underlined the woman learner's development of psychology for better understanding them. Third, I explained the role of learner's life style and stated that this have gave an effect on adult women's life. Above all, I've tried to analyze christian life in military christian community into sources about this thesis. Fourth, I analyzed these txets in seven volumes which were published by several chaplains of diverse denominations. In conclusion, I suggested that texts for adult woman in air-force church should be revised following process ; first of all, we must set a clear education purpose. For military society in which air force church was located, is a different learning environment from civil church learner's. As soon as possible, air force church should start for appropriate text condition. Second, we should make a implicit objects of adult women in military church. So we must follow the understanding of women learners, according to psychological analysis. At this point, we should'nt overlook the adult women's learning method to study the knowledge of psychological results and adapt it for the new guideline of revisioning the texts. Third, we should disign the concrete process of the curriculums in limited condition for learner. Especially, we should pay our attention to other religious activities in military area. So, our educator too consider these conditional and other psychological elements ,because our learner have many difficulties that causes them into conflict with their colleagues. Finally, adult women's texts should be revised step by step. As a result, I want to suggest that christian text in military church should be examined by curriculum theories and orthodox theology. And we should consider learner's psychological development for better revision of it.
