      • 공공영역에서의 문화예술교육 발전방향에 관한 연구 : 중국 중남지구 대극장을 중심으로

        4차 산업혁명시대에 접어든 이때, 세계 각국은 공감능력과 창조적 상상력, 복합문제 해결능력 등 미래 핵심역량 중심 교육을 실시하고 있다. 문화예술교육의 핵심가치가 ‘창의성 고양’, ‘문화수용력 제고’, ‘공감능력 배양’ 인만큼 예술을 통한 미래교육이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 중국은 사회·경제가 빠르게 발전하던 1990년대 후반부터 대극장 건설 붐이 일기 시작하면서 날로 높아져가는 국민들의 문화적 관심에 따라 공공 문화서비스 공간으로서의 대극장 건설이 대도시를 중심으로 급속도로 진행되면서 공공영역에서의 문화예술교육에 대한 수요도 점차 증가하고 있다. 중남(中南)지구 대도시는 높은 경제적·문화적 기반으로 앞 다투어 대극장을 건립하고 있으나 양적 발전추세와는 달리 문화예술교육이 교양 함양 수준에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 대극장 역할에 대한 패러다임 변화와 기술혁명시대 도래에 따른 문화예술분야의 충격에 대응하기 위해 중남지구 대극장을 중심으로 수요자 맞춤형 문화예술교육 모델과 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구를 통해 중국 대극장의 역할과 문화예술교육에 대한 이론적 고찰 및 해외 문화예술교육 사례를 조사하고 실증연구방법으로 중국시민을 대상으로 문화예술 인지도와 참여경험, 대극장 문화예술교육 실태조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 중남지구 대극장의 문화예술교육 발전방안을 다음과 같이 도출하였다. 첫째, ‘균형화 발전’으로 문화예술의 가치가 커지고 있는 오늘날, 문화 예술 수요가 꾸준히 증가하면서 문화예술교육에 대한 새로운 요구 또한 늘어나고 있다. 특히 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 디지털기술의 발전은 공연예술분야의 새로운 전형(典型)을 만들어내고 있다. 누구나, 언제나, 어디서나 문화예술교육의 다양한 기회를 누리도록 하는 것이 공공영역에서의 문화예술교육 비전인 만큼 대극장은 복합문화공간으로의 공익성, 공공성, 사회성을 기반으로 모든 시민이 문화예술교육을 통해 문화 리터러시를 경험할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 교육대상별 맞춤형 문화예술교육을 실시해야 한다. 연령별, 계층 별로 특성이 다른 만큼 교육대상의 특성에 맞는 교육 프로그램을 개발해 내용이나, 교육 주기, 교육 횟수, 교육 방법 등을 차별화해 교육효과를 높여야 한다. 셋째, 대극장의 플랫폼 역할을 강화해야 한다. 문화예술교육 활성화를 위해 지역정부 및 교육청, 학교, 지역예술단체 등과 협업해 대극장이 문화예술교육의 새로운 플랫폼이 될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 지역사회는 대극장 문화예술교육을 통해 필요한 인재를 양성하고 대극장은 인지도를 높이고 미래 잠재 관객을 개발함으로써 지역사회 문화공간으로서의 입지를 튼튼하게 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구를 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 현재 중국 대극장에서 이루어지는 문화예술교육에 대한 비전과 목표가 새롭게 설정되어야 한다. 짧은 기간 동안 갑작스럽게 대극장 건립이 폭발적으로 늘어나면서 대극장의 역할에 대한 패러다임이 변하고 있지만 아직 대극장의 활용도가 낮고 문화예술교육도 소양 함양 정도의 초기단계에 머무르고 있어 사회적·문화적·경제적 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 문화 예술교육으로 정착될 수 있도록 중장기 발전계획을 수립해 새로운 비전과 목표를 설정할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 대극장 문화예술교육이 지식습득 위주의 학교 문화예술교육을 보완할 수 있는 대안적 교육공간으로 재정의(再定義) 되어야 한다. 본 연구가 문화예술교육 수요자 중심의 설문조사로 대극장의 일반적인 문화예술교육 발전방안에 대한 결론을 도출하긴 했으나 교육주체인 교·강사와 예술교육 기획자의 의견 수렴에 미흡한 한계가 있다. 후속연구로 대극장과 학교, 지역사회 연계 문화예술교육 프로그램 연구를 제안한다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명시대에 대응하기 위한 대극장 중심의 문화예술교육 프로그램 개발 연구를 제안한다. 인공지능은 예술을 기계화 하려고 하지만 예술은 기계화시대에 인간의 존속을 유지시킬 수 있는 열쇠이기도 하다. 뿐만 아니라 예술은 공감과 창의력을 일깨우는 기초가 된다. 앞으로는 과학·기술 중심의 STEM 교육 또는 Maker 교육이 아니라 예술적 상상력과 창의력, 철학적 성찰 능력을 함양하는 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

      • Research on The Influence of Creator Identity Type Disclosure on The Popularity of Short Video Dissemination

        Short video is an improvement of the traditional video medium, which began to gradually replace text, voice, pictures and other forms, becoming an important carrier of Internet information dissemination. However, the rapid development of short video media is also chaotic in the process. Due to the diverse and complex sources of information on the Internet, audiences are overwhelmed. Various media accounts and video platforms are constantly pushing all kinds of news and messages, further squeezing people's thinking time and frequency, screening and organizing information further increases the difficulty. Even some individuals or enterprises in pursuit of commercial interests, not hesitating to fabricate false information, forging a false persona, audience trust concept is severely challenged. A benign network atmosphere should be guaranteed by the reliability of the information source, and the reliability of the information source is based on the identity of the creator. Studying the influence of creator identity type on audience awareness and audience trust can provide short video creators with effective basic information to influence user behavior, and improve the quality of information, the popularity and effectiveness of media communication. This study attempts to address the following questions, (1)The authenticity of the identity information of the short video creator, the division and characterization of the identity type. (2)Media interaction, trust characteristics and communication behavior mechanisms of audiences influenced by identity type. (3)According to the different identity types of creators, this paper study to measure the variability of communication popularity.   (4)The degree of influence of short video platform regulation in the dissemination process of creator identity types. Around the above-mentioned issues, this paper compares identity communication theory, persuasion theory, social trust theory, and stimulus-organism-response framework. The research structure developed consists of four categories of variables and corresponding path relationships: antecedent variables of creator identity type disclosure, dual mediating variables of audience awareness and audience trust, communication popularity outcome variables and regulatory moderating variables of platforms. Relevant research hypotheses are proposed based on the relationship between the identity traits of Internet celebrity and audience awareness and trust, the relationship between audience organism internalization and dissemination, the relationship between platform regulation and dissemination, and the measurement dimensions of communication popularity. The theoretical model of the influence of creator identity type disclosure on short video dissemination popularity is also constructed. In this paper, an experimental study was conducted with a grouped condition setting, and a total of 180 valid sample data were finally collected. The data were then subjected to descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression analysis to explore the correlation between the variables of interest and the effect of influence. The results of the empirical study are as follows, 1.The results of the ANOVA indicated that the samples of different identity types showed significant differences for all of the audience awareness. However, samples of different identity types showed no significant difference in audience trust. Disclosing the creator’s celebrity status in a short video is no more trustworthy than an amateur’s audience. 2.The regression analysis illustrates that: identity disclosure has a significant positive influence on audience awareness and audience trust. Audience awareness and audience trust both positively influence communication popularity, and the degree of influence of audience trust on communication enthusiasm is nearly twice as much as the influence of audience awareness on communication popularity. Audience awareness and audience trust are the mediating variables of identity type disclosure affecting communication popularity. 3.Analysis of the moderating effect of platform regulation: The interaction term of the moderating variables is added to the model of the effect of audience awareness or audience trust on communication popularity. The interaction term of audience awareness and platform regulation and the interaction term of audience trust and platform regulation both show significance. This means that audience trust and audience awareness are affected by the moderating effect of platform regulation on the influence of communication popularity, respectively. This paper deeply and systematically studies the problem of the influence degree of the disclosure of creators' identity type information on the popularity of short video communication, enriches and improves the research system in the field of identity communication and the field of trust in online media, and promotes the development of significant identity influence research in practical application. It has important application value and practical significance to provide short video creators with effective basic information to provide a basis for their decision making in the creation process and improve the effectiveness of media communication.

      • Ortho ester-based surfactants forpH-triggered release in drug and gene delivery

        The technology of liposomal drug delivery has made exciting progress over the last twenty years and a number of liposome formulations of drugs for tumor chemotherapy are now in the market. However, the success of liposomal triggered-release for drug and gene delivery in vivo is still limited despite the current literature that stresses its importance as well as a plethora of reported examples. The work reported in this thesis provides two chemical approaches for novel derivatives that significantly improve the pH sensitivity of liposomes for drug delivery. Liposomal drug delivery systems must be stable in the delivery phase but rapidly release their contents in the target cell. Since liposomes are internalized into endosomes which have an acidic pH, methods have been devised to develop pH-sensitive lipid compositions. In this thesis, a number of amphiphilic surfactants that comprise a hydrophilic headgroup and a hydrophobic tail joined by an acidlabile ortho ester linker group have been designed and synthesized for use as pH-triggered drug and gene delivery systems. The physical and chemical properties of the novel surfactants and their liposomes and lipoplexes were characterized by TLC, Photon Correlation Spectrometry and Fluorescent Spectrometry. The biological activities of these surfactants were evaluated in CV-1 cell culture and in mice. One of the conjugates, 3,9-Diethyl-3-(2,3-distearoyloxypropyloxy)-9-(Ω-methoxy-polyethylene glycol-2000-1-yl)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5,5]undecane (POD, <bold>1</bold>) contains a methoxypolyethylene glycol headgroup, a tetraoxaspiro[5,5]undecane diortho ester linker, and a distearoyl glycerol lipidic tail. POD stabilized PE-rich bilayers in neutral buffer, 75% fetal bovine serum and blood circulation, but triggered the aggregation and contents release of the liposomes within 30 minutes of incubation at pH 5.5. A cationic ortho ester lipid, <italic> N,N</italic>-dimethyl-(4-methoxy-(cholest-5-en-3β-oxy)hept-3,5-dioxa-yl)amine (DOC, <bold>2</bold>) mediated more than 5-fold transgene expression in CV-1 cell culture and in mice compared to a pH-<italic>insensitive</italic> control. The pH-sensitive ortho ester linkers that cause a direct and immediate disassembly of the headgroup from the lipid could find a general utility in liposomal drug and gene delivery.

      • Study of solution processed graphene and graphene oxide

        Graphene has been the hottest research topic during the last half decade and the rapid progress of the field, which resulted in the discovery of its extraordinary mechanical, thermal, chemical, and optical properties, have also raised interest in disciplines other than condensed-matter physics. As a precursor of graphene, the unique structure of graphene oxide (GO) contributes different properties to GO. It is covalently decorated with oxygen-containing functional groups, so that it contains a mixture of sp2- and sp3-hybridized carbon atoms. In particular, manipulation of the size, shape and relative fraction of the sp2-hybridized domains of GO by reduction chemistry provides opportunities for tailoring its optoelectronic properties. Furthermore, in contrast to pure graphene, GO is fluorescent over a broad range of wavelengths, owing to its heterogeneous electronic structure. In this thesis, we reports for the first time the preparation of graphene with few defects by microwave irradiating expansion using graphite intercalation compounds (GICs) in a one-step exfoliation. Microwave irradiating facilitates mass production in a short time with little energy cost. Ultrathin, uniform graphene films with high flexibility were fabricated at room temperature by a vacuum filtration method, and had resistance of 4.36 KΩsq-1 at 82.7% transmittance. By combining CNTs with graphene, uniform film of 181 Ωsq-1 resistance and 82.2% transparency was obtained, greatly improving the conductivity of thin graphene film, increasing its potential for flexible electronic devices. Photoluminescence (PL) of solution-processed nanoscale GO was successfully synthesized tuned in the near-ultraviolet-to-blue region through controlled hydrazine (N2H4) reduction. Graphene oxide smaller than 1 μm were synthesized by graphite exfoliation. The PL peak position and intensity varied in the near-UV-to-blue region with respect to the degree of reduction. The peak shifted from 341 nm to 421 nm as hydrazine concentration increased to 0.3 M, with no further red-shift observed above this. The intensity of the PL peak decreased dramatically with increasing hydrazine concentration above 0.3M. Increases of UV absorption peak intensity and wavelength were also observed with respect to the extent of GO reduction. Raman spectroscopy showed that the intensity ratio of the D and G band decreased with hydrazine concentration up to 0.3 M, before increasing at higher concentrations, indicating changes of the size and structure of sp2 domains inside the graphene oxide. The PL, UV and Raman spectra showed that the fraction and size of small sp2 domains within the GO sheets increased at the early stages of reduction, decreasing the bandgap and red-shifting the PL peak. Further reduction of the GO increased the density of small sp2 domains rather than increasing their size, resulting in PL quenching and saturation of PL red-shift. In highly reduced GO, hopping and tunneling effects enhanced the interconnection of localized sp2 sites, facilitated the migration of excitons to nonradiative recombination sites. Charge transfer complex (CTC) has formed between photoluminescent GO as electron acceptor and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) as electron donor. Studies of UV absorption and photoluminescence (PL) confirmed the formation of CTC resulting in a new absorption band and dual PL peaks at 409nm and 475nm. The shorter one is proposed to be localized electronic states emission and the longer one is attributed to the excited state of CTC. CTC equilibrium varies with solvent polarity and the quantum yield ratio of the localized electronic states emission to the CTC emission increases with solvent polarity. Decay dynamics was described by time-resolved PL spectra and a clear ultrafast charge transfer process has been observed from PL rise times. PL emission from charge transfer complex of GO-NMP was found to be sensitive to the degree of solvent polarity and solvent concentration. Molecular sensing of 7,7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane and 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene was demonstrated up to the concentration of hundred nanomole level with photoluminescence signals.

      • Highly Enantioselective Decarboxylative Protonation using Chiral Organocatalysts

        There are many kinds of organocatalyst to prepared different amino acid by Enantioselective Decarboxylive Protonation reaction. We used Hydroquinine-thiourea and Quininine- Squramaide derived cinchona alkaloids to promote the asymmetric decarboxyltive protonation reaction of cyclic, acyclic, or bicyclic α-aminomalonate hemiesters under mild and methal-free condition to afford enantioenriched aminoesters in higtly yields and enatioselectivities up to 96%. Both enantiomers of the aminoesters have been synthesized with the same selectivity when using organic base (NO-catalyst) and its pseudoenatiomer (NO-substrate) derived from quinine We developed the new sqaramide-based bifunctional organocatalyst and inverstigated the catalysis for decarboxylative protonation and although high stereoselectivity under mild conditions with 1eq loading of a catalyst but we finished the reaction within 6 hours at room temperature.
