문학치료적 중재가 결손가정아동의 자아탄력성과 부적응행동에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Literatherapeutic Intervention on Ego Resilience and Maladaptive Behaviors in a Child of Broken Home

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the effects of literatherapeutic intervention on ego-resilience and maladaptive behaviors among children of broken homes. The literatherapeutic intervention was conducted from May 2. 2006 to July 25, 2006. The participants were 36 children who had resided at a vulnerable region in G city.
The research design used in this study was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design in quasi-experimental research. To determine the effects of literatherapeutic intervention which was consisted of 16 sessions programs, Ego-Resilience Scale, Behavior Problem Scale(BPS) of K-CBCL and Behavior Problem Scale(BPS) of K-YSR were used for investigating ego resilience and maladaptation behaviors. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, repeated measures ANOVA with Bonferroni for multiple comparisons of Post Hoc, t-test, and ANCOVA using SPSS/WIN version 12.0 program.
The results of this research were as follows:
ㆍAs a result of testing for Ego-resilience in comparison between experimental group under literatherapeutic intervention and control group, it was found that there were significant differences in ego-resilience between two groups (t=4.95, p<.001).
ㆍAfter literatherapeutic intervention, there were significant differences in BPS of K-CBCL between the experimental group and the control group(t=-4.23, p<.001).)
ㆍAs a result of testing for BPS of K-YSR in comparison between experimental group under literatherapeutic intervention and control group, it was found that there were significant differences in BPS of K-YSR between the experimental group and the control group(F=6.84, p=.013).
ㆍThere were significant differences according to time process in Ego-resilience(F=12.37, p=.001) and BPS of K-YSR(F=41.98, p<.001). There was no significant difference between pre test and mid test which was done after 8 weeks in Ego-Resilience. But there were significant differences in mid-post comparison test and pre-post comparison test in all of the subgroups of Ego-resilience. Behavior problems of K-YSR according to time process were significant differences among pre-mid, mid-post, and pre-post comparison test.
It was demonstrated that the experimental group under literatherapeutic intervention revealed not only the more increased ego-resilience but also the more reduced maladaptive behaviors compared to the control group. Therefore, it can be concluded that literatherapy is an effective nursing intervention for improving ego-resilience and changing maladaptive behaviors in children of broken homes who are high-risk subjects of nursing.
The following suggestions might be offered on the basis of the results of this study.
ㆍIt is necessary that continuos programs of literatherapy in community setting for broken home children are needed for maintaining adaptive behaviors.
ㆍIn order to ascertain the effects of literarytherapy, it is imperative to develop literatherapeutic intervention continuously in diversified setting areas and various subjects of nursing
