      We have investigated contact properties of thermally annealed bulk MoS2 with various metals. Pristine bulk MoS2 is thermally processed with H2 or N2 gas at 300 and 400℃. Four different metals, Au, Ni, Ti, or Al, are fabricated on the MoS2 films as electrodes by using a thermal evaporator.
      Temperature dependence of the current – voltage (I-V) characteristics are investigated in order to figure out junction properties between MoS2 and metals.
      Au, Ni shows good ohmic contact characteristics from 300K to 100K for all the samples. Schottky contact I-V curves are observed when Ti and Al are used.
