      The study aims to provide the basic data needed to increase the quality of life for people suffering from traumatic diseases through the improvement on disformation of the Hallux Valgus Angle by practising Pilates method.
      Three people had been selected as a research subject were conducted for 50 minutes semiweekly throughout a total of eight weeks and the results were comparatively analyzed the improvement effect on disformation of the Hallux Valgus Angle reflecting before and after by prctising Pilates Method. The Results of Comparison analysis as follows:
      First, according to the Results of Comparison analysis, the each subject’s Hallux Valgus Angle was numerically improved.

      Second, according to the Results of Comparison analysis, the each subject’s Hallux Valgus Angle did not show statistically-significant differences but the average showed improvement.
      The Pilates Method in this study is a methodology that considers our body's kinetic chain. There's no dramatic change in the Hallux Valgus Angle, but the numerical difference has been confirmed, furthermore in addition to the improvement of the Hallux Valgus Angle, we can also find out relieving the subjects of pain on their back and neck. it's considered the positive effect in the tatal body as the effect of Pilates Method which provides a stability of spine and a mobility of spine that makes improvements or constraints on a hip joint stability, therefore expecting a stability and a mobility of knee and ankle.
