      This study is mainly focussed on developing learner-centered teaching plan which is replaced by teacher-centered teaching plan. It is necessary for improving creative abilities needed for solving mathmatic problems.
      Based on recent theroetical conceptions of creativity and problem-solving ability, the empirical experiment is designed for students. A number of 157 students from same grades participated in the current study. One group(a number of 68)taught by Learner-centered teaching plan was compared by the other group(a number of 69).
      As a result, the learner-centered teaching is helpful for improving students' ability of solving problems and learning achievement. Also, considering what are the effective way of teaching methods.
      The results of this study, partially, support theoretical conceptions regarding the creativity and problem-solving ability, Namely, Learner-centered teaching is beneficial for the class, but further study should be continued for developing better learner-centered teaching plan.
