      The purpose of this study is to identify the wounded emotion of women in their 20s and to display the recommended books for healing of it. This recommendation is one of the practical solutions in order to solve the matter of people's sensitive heart, emotion and upset feeling. Especially, this study portrays their wounded feeling and distress, and, finally, alternation due to reading. After all, this study intends to apply a 'developmental bibliotherapy' for the 20s women.
      For this, the study observes a typical woman in her 20s, who is called 'K'. She has experienced bibliotherapy for 2years. This study deals with the issue of K as a woman who has lived in Korea for 25years. First of all this study looked up K's life history. Through the investigation this study found out hurts that K carries for years. It comes from several conditions, such as in her family and school. Further more from this society. The first, she was denied as a family member in her family. The reason why is she's not a lovely baby-boy. She was a ‘useless’ baby-girl for her family. The second, she felt isolation in high competition and comparisons when she was in high school years. She was extremely simple and has lost creativities. And she felt loneliness from her daily life and carried a wounded heart from her social relations. So this study shows how to recover and turning the feelings to better situation by reading.
      Bibliotherapy is the growth process to get a new understanding and insight. Readers can confront their mental conflicts, and then they can feel catharsis and release their tense. After all, they can find the solution of matters. The core of bibliotherapy is the cure the people who themselves by reading.
