Major follows the becoming older in age society where the human being life is extended in the box and on old person wild middle youth nail Ji the old people who are healthy is not it is increasing at quantitative. To in these people there is also a desire which will work and also an ability which will work and there is when it does not work and livelihood it is threatened immediately neither the old people write. is like that development of the employment policy for the very old men secures an income in them and it gives, health it increases, even from the viewpoint which is a function back old person material which participates to the society positively must be propelled further
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation and problems on the senior employment and then suggest the police directions to promote the senior employment.
The suggestion from the study results are as follows;
First, the senior employment promotion Act should be changed from "the encouraged" to "the obligated" to consolidate and practice the act.
Second, the age-limit system needs its improvement in the direction to extend the retirement age, to employ without retirement, and so on. the general people can receive age pension when 60 years old.
Third, it is required to mediate and integrate the institution that help senior to find employment. The overlapping affairs of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Labor should be unified to activate the performance of the existing institutions.
Forth, it is necessary to expand the education and training opportunities for the seniors to promote senior employment. The government should expand the job training opportunities particularly for the senior-suitable job position, to help the seniors adjust to the change of industrial structure and technology.
Fifth, it is necessary to develop an employment on a new level to meet the ability and aptitude of the senior people. And it is necessary to make diversified efforts to create a social employment to replace a social service with an employment for the senior people on a new level, which corresponds with a guarantee of income for the senior people in conjunction with a local society.
Sixth, the improvement of public's perspectives and seniors' consciousness on the senior employment is necessary. That is, the reformation of the senior' thought is important for the active process of the senior employment promotion project.
Last, it is necessary to share the information on employment for senior people and make efforts to publicity to create the employment for the senior people. The institutions that help senior to find employment should progress the various publicity strategies through press media such as TV and radio, etc. And it is necessary to conduct a publicity to directly link with institutions that help senior to find employment in self-governing bodies or vocational schools, etc.
