Today, domestic hotel industries have been grow up steadily caused by increase of leisure, disposable income and globalization of home industries. But in spite of these growth of hotel business, most of hotel are hard put to it considerably on off-season.
Because of that each every hotel try to various marketing activities, but they couldn't achieve effective marketing result due to lack of excellent manpower, limited target marketing and budget policy etc. Therefore to overcome off-season we need the role of marketing to collect a data meet the customer's request and following facility renovation and management fall in with them. It is very important to find out customers' demand and fastest to pick up service according to their needs.
The purpose of this study is to develop the efficient marketing of off-season's sales plan in the future of hotel business by mixing the hotel marketing theory and actual off-season sales product analysis of four leading deluxe affiliated hotels located in Incheon.
This study set up the research scope to accomplish the purpose effectively as followings.
This survey is within the time scope of 2008 and above the person in the charge of four leading deluxe affiliated hotel corporations. This contains' scope is limited marketing strategy of overcome off-season and five chapters including the prologue.

Accordingly, through making all employee to all round marketers roll play as a excellent hotel seller and reduce the cost of unproductive business or sales activities.
Second, most of deluxe hotels in Incheon operate the marketing strategy system in off-season, but similar level of the inside capabilities, products, managing customer are show up. It seems like that there's no a core ability and primary factor. Therefore trying to find away out of off-season, there's a need to benchmarking the best temptation to make competitive goods and sign up any excellent sales employee competent to accomplish their roles.
Third, consider the cognizance of sales marketing importance as overcome off season's difficulties we need the education of sales marketing and systematic and effective training about marketing importance and necessity not only sales employee but also all over the employees.
