The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the use status and satisfaction of landscape facilities created in arboretums (botanical gardens) in Korea and China, and to provide empirical data to improve user satisfaction. The general status of arboretums and botanical gardens and target sites were selected to derive universality and differentiation in the perception and satisfaction of the arboretum (botanical garden) management system according to the country. In particular, the arboretum (botanical garden) conducted a survey on the general status of users, user mood information, motivation for visiting, current characteristics of landscape facilities, maintenance, and educational programs. Focusing on the regional characteristics of North Jeolla Province in Korea and Shaanxi Province in China, various aspects of the natural and human environment are identified. The users of Daea Arboretum and Xi'an Botanical Garden in Jeonbuk region of Korea and Shaanxi Province of China were studied in terms of demographic characteristics of the research subjects, usage status of the research subjects, descriptive statistics of satisfaction by country, and reliability of measurement tools for each person.
