한국의 공적개발원조에 관한 실증연구 : 중점협력국의 선정과 재원배분 중심으로 = Korea's Official Development Assistance:An Empirical Study of Selection of Priority Partner Country and Aid Allocation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 중점협력국 선정과 공적개발원조 재원배분에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 본 연구를 수행하였다. 무역규모의 경우, 규모가 증가할수록 중점협력국 선정과 재원배분에 유리한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 천연자원 생산여부가 중점협력국 선정에 추가로 유의한 영향을 주었다. 아태지역에 위치한지 여부는 분석 전반에 걸쳐 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 한국전쟁 시 한국지원여부 또한 원조에 일부 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 중점협력국 선정과 실질적인 재원배분에 있어서 수원국의 개선된 지표가 유리한 역할을 하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 중점협력국 선정 시 고려하는 요인들이 실제 재원배분 시 고려하는 점과 다소 일치하지 않는 점을 발견하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper conducted the study for selection of priority partner country and aid allocation to recipient countries in korea. Priority partner countries take much more aid compare to other recipient countries. For aid allocation however, korea seems to consider some factors which doesn't affect selection of priority partner country. Trade benefits are considered when korea selects priority partner countries and allocates its aid resources. Also, developing natural resources and location near korea increase the probability of becoming priority partner country. Korean war also partially affects aid allocation. More aid is provided when recipient country shows its ability to make use of aid.
