아바타채팅 단회학생상담모형 구안 = The construction of model in avatar chat of single counseling student

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 학교에서 학생상담은 학생 및 교사의 자발적 참여로 인한 활성화까지는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이는 호출면담으로 인한 비자발적인 상담의욕저하 즉 상담의 대상인 학생보다 교사 위주로 진행되는 문제점이 있으며, 상담에 대한 학생들의 요구사항과는 관계없이 기존의 방식으로 상담이 진행되는 것 또한 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 또한 상담학생 개인에 적합한 시간과 장소의 활용, 상담 서비스의 내용도 탄력적이지 못하고 일률적인 것도 역시 문제점으로 지적된다.
이러한 난제를 극복하기 위해서는 새로운 형태의 상담모형이 제시되어야 한다. 우선 학생들이 자발적으로 상담의 주체가 될 수 있도록 그들이 선호하는 상담형태로 접근해야하고 교사들의 학생상담을 위한 시간부족과 수업외적인 업무의 과다로 인한 상담기피와 또한 상담에 비전문가인 담임들이 크게 어려움을 느끼지 않고 쉽게 상담에 임할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 상담형태가 절실히 필요하다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 학생이 자발적으로 참여하며 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 채팅상담방법과 사이버상담의 단점을 극복하여 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 단회학생상담모형방식으로 접근하였다. 단회학생상담모형은 학교에서 많은 업무량과 장기적인 상담에 대한 부담 및 현실적 적용의 난제 속에서 구체적인 절차를 제시하여 상담의 어려움을 호소하는 학생에게 즉각적인 도움을 주고 경제적이며 또한 쉽게 접근이 가능한 대안이 된다(문창희, 유형근, 손현동, 2008).
채팅상담단계(임은미, 2006)와 단회학생상담모형(Fisch, 1982; Talmon, 1990; 강진령, 1999; 문창희, 2008; 이수미, 2008) 중 특히 강진령(1999) 모형중심으로 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 학생과 교사의 요구조사를 하였다. 초등학생 5, 6학년 331명을 대상으로 아바타채팅상담에 대한 선호도를 조사하고 좀 더 구체적으로 학년별, 성별 선호도를 분석하였다. 교사요구조사는 초등학교교사 10명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰통해 분석하였다. 그리고 채팅상담과 단회학생상담모형을 접목하여 이를 구안하고 모형의 타당화 작업 후 최종모형을 구안하였다. 마지막으로 모형의 실제화를 위해 이를 시스템으로 구현하였다.
결과적으로 이 연구는 지금까지의 상담방식이 명확히 제시되지 않아 상담목표달성이 어려운 채팅상담을 체계화 시켰다. 또한 학생들이 자발적으로 상담에 참여하고 교사들에게는 단계별로 상담대화용어를 제공하여 상담에 대한 정신적 스트레스를 덜 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 상담경험이 적은 신규교사들을 위한 체계적인 흐름을 제시하여 반복연습을 통한 상담연수로서의 기능도 함께 가능하도록 했다는 데에 의의를 갖는다. 구안된 모형은 개인홈페이지의 상담실로 개발되었지만 학교 홈페이지의 각 학급홈페이지 상담실로 이용된다면 상담의 참여 확대에 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 기술적인 한계로 아바타를 2차원으로 제공하였지만 재정적 지원을 통한 애니메이션의 개발이 가능하다면 학생들의 흥미는 더욱 증가할 것이다.

Today there is not generally activation of counseling student in school. It is a problem that involuntary counseling by calling the meeting is processing mainly with teacher rather than the student that is an potential recapients of cunseling service consultation.
Also the problem is that processing of counseling student with existing method without relating to the terms desired of student. There is another point in dispute of using moderate time and place, not flexible but uniform service for counseling student too. It is desirable of presenting new type of counseling to overcome this dilemma. Priority, Students' preferable type of counseling must be approached for them to become main agents of consultation voluntarily, need new way of consultation not to be ill at ease in counseling despite of laymen and get close to counseling intelligibly without hesitating counseling because of insufficient time and excessive extra work above Lesson urgently.
Therefore this method of study enables us to take part in voluntarily and, be interested in the way of Avatar chat of Single counseling student that enable to overcome the weakness of cyber chat and make good use of consultation.
It presents detailed process for counselor to help students who suffering from difficulty of consultation right away and it would be economical and accessible alternative easily. Preferentially, In The Construction of model in Avatar chat of Single session student counseling Kang's (1999) The Construction of model is mainly become with this study. Esp Specially after examining the theoretical background and investigating the demand of teacher and student, combined the thesis of The Construction of model in Avatar chat and Single counseling session student, completed Construction of this study and after a logical working eventually there is The Construction of final model. Lastly, the system is constructed for the real practice.
As a result, this study enables for difficult and unclear chatting counseling to systematize. Also It helped the elementary school children participate in counseling voluntarily, offered the teacher stepwise phraseology advice to reduce burden for student counseling. In conclusion, it provided the new counselor that has no experience of counseling with the methodical flow and enables them to practice repetitively.
This Construction of model was developed for counseling center in personal homepage, but if it is used for each class homepage of school total homepage, it is expected to be helpful to expand joining in counseling. As provided in type of two-dimensional Avatar model because of technical limits, if the development of animation through the financial support, The students' interest in Avatar chat Counseling is to be increased. Therefore the follow up study is needed.
