産業災害 豫防을 위한 모니터링에 관한 硏究 = (A) study on the Monitoring for Preventing the Industrial Accident

As the industrial technology and the science have been developed, the frequency of occurrence of industrial accident are high and the scale of the accident is also increased. Therefore the discrepancy which the production activity for improving the human wefare takes the precious life and property has been resulted from the negligence of safety supervision and the lack of safety technique. Moreover, considering that the rate of occurrence of industrial accidents in korea is very high, since the standard of the advanced countried is in the safety level, we require a safety supervision with a wide knowledge and technique in each industrial field.
Although the dead from the industrial accident, his family and the handicapped have greatly contriduted to our economic growth, their difficulties in living have been appeared as a social problem under the economic policy, growth first and distribution later.
Accordingly the nation and the enterprise must make institutional devices for them and pay a compensation sufficiently in order that they can live a social life normally, and prior to this, a perfect and workable preventive measure must be preceded.
Most of the accidents are the artificial and the accidents by a natural accidents are merely 2 %. So if such artificial accidents (Direct cause-unsafe action and condition) can be prevented in advance, the loss of property will be reduced and as a solving method for this, this study is to prevent the occurrence of industrial accident with a prearranged preventive measure through monitoring.
The monitoring means control, prevention of danger and warning by the definition of dictionary. Therefore, an effective preventive measure for the industrial accidents with this monitoring method is suggested and this study is confident that since it gives no accident company and a pleasant and cheerful working environment for workers, the enterprisers can have a benefit. Finally we must do our best for safety supervision.
