The analysis showed that the higher the interpersonal sensitivity, the lower the military adaptation and resilience, and the higher the military adaptation, the higher the resilience.
Second, the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between military sensitivity and military life adaptation was analyzed. The results showed that interpersonal sensitivity and military life adaptation were completely mediated by resilience.
The results of this study are as follows.
If the perceived interpersonal sensitivity is low, the level of resilience is high and the level of military life adaptation is high. Therefore, from the beginning of military life at the military level, it is necessary to find ways to strengthen one's self-regulation, interpersonal ability, and affirmation to adapt to the current military life. In order to improve the resilience of soldiers, it is necessary to create a natural environment for daily communication in the vertical and vertical relations, such as the relationship between soldiers, the good and succession of soldiers, and the relationship between soldiers and cadres. In addition, it was found that the development of military life adaptation programs linked to educational institutions and field units that began military life and the expansion of military counselors and experts' participation were needed.
The limitations of this study are as follows. First, the study subjects for adaptation to military life were limited to junior soldiersand junior officers. Therefore, all soldiers are constrained to generalize that people's sensitivity and resilience affect military adaptation. Second, since the survey was completed based on the questionnaire completed by the research participants, the results may be distorted by the characteristics of the respondents. In order to make up for these limitations, various methods should be used to increase the validity and reliability.
