The Contribution of Agricultural Sector on Economic Growth of Azerbaijan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

농업 부문의 역동성은 국가 경제와 사회의 전반적인 역동성의 일부이다. 농업 활동의 중요한 크기, 농업의 생계를 유지하는 상당한 인구 비율 그리고 빈곤 해소에 결정적인 역할을 하는 농업 부문은 국가 경제에서 중요한 위치를 차지하였습니다. 이 연구는 농업이 아제르바의 경제 성장에 기여하는 것에 대한 경험적 분석을 수행하였습니다.아이잔입니다
시계열 프레임워크에서는 고정 테스트와 공동 통합 테스트를 수행하여 데이터 속성을 확인했습니다. 공동 통합이 확인된 후, VEC 모델의 구현이 연구에 더 편리해졌습니다. 연구 결과는 1인당 국내총생산에 추가된 농업 가치로부터 실행되는 상당한 단방향 장기 실행 효과의 현존을 나타냅니다. 그러나 그 효과는 음수였습니다. 이번 연구에서는 또 농업가치가 추가된 것과 달리 석유임대차주 실적이 경제성장에 우호적인 영향을 미친 것으로 결론 내렸습니다. 지난 25년 동안 성장을 창출하는 농업의 역할이 덜 중요하고 부문 성과가 감소하고 있었던 것으로 결론지어지며, 아제르바이잔 농업의 영향이 순수한 경제적 영향보다 사회 경제적 영향이 더 크다는 것도 농경 분야가 중요한 p의 소득을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 보입니다.사람들의 예술입니다. 이 연구 결과는 1인당 GDP가 개선되고 있고 국가 경제가 구조적인 변화를 겪으면서 농업의 가치가 감소한다는 이론의 편을 들었습니다(FAO, 2012). 이 연구는 농업과 농촌 발전 전략의 개혁 채택과 이 분야에 대한 투자를 장려하는 것을 강력히 지지합니다. 농업 성장과 생산성을 촉진하는 주요 요인을 파악하는 것이 개발 프로그램의 첫 번째 우선순위가 되어야 합니다. 이 연구는 또한 농업 부문의 성과를 높이기 위한 수단으로서 유기농업의 개발을 제안합니다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The dynamic of the agricultural sector is part of the overall dynamic of countries’ economies and societies. the important size of agricultural activities ,the considerable share of population that makes a living of agriculture and its determinant role in to poverty alleviation , gained the agriculture sector a crucial place in nations’ economies This study undertakes an empirical analysis of the contribution of agriculture to economic growth in Azerbaijan. Under the time series framework, stationary tests and co-integration tests were performed to check the data properties. After the co-integration was confirmed, the implementation of VEC model was more convenient for the study. The study finding indicate the existing of a significant unidirectional long run effect running from the agricultural value added to the Gross domestic product per capita However the effect was negative . The study also concluded, unlike, the agricultural value added, the performance of the oil rent shares had favorable effect on the economic growth. It seems that in the last 25 years, the role of agriculture in generating the growth was less important and the sector’s performance was declining, it is concluded also that the impact of agriculture in Azerbaijan is more socio-economic impact than pure economic impact, the agrarian sector plays a vital role in ensuring the incomes of important part of the population. The study finding was sided with the theory indicating that the value of agriculture decreases as the GDP per capita is improving and the country's economy has undergone a structural transformation (FAO, 2012). The study strongly support the adoption of reforms in the agriculture and rural development strategy and encouraging the investment in this sector. Identifying the major factors that drive agricultural growth and productivity should be the starting priority in the development programs. The study also proposes the developing of organic farming as a mean to enhance the performance of agricultural sector.
