생태체계적 관점에서 본 성폭력 피해 청소년의 자살 생각 요인에 관한 연구

Sexual violence against adolescents has more serious sequelae than adults, and sexual violence damage in adolescence is an important factor that causes suicidal thoughts. However, studies examining youth sexual violence and suicidal. thoughts are still insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to examine the factors of suicidal thoughts of adolescents affected by sexual violence as personal and environmental factors through the perspective of ecological system credit, verify personal and environmental factors that can affect suicidal thoughts of adolescents affected by sexual violence, and suggest practical alternatives.
In this study, 281 teenagers who answered that they had experienced sexual violence out of a total of 6,314 people were selected as subjects of the study by analyzing the 2018 Survey on the Human Rights of Children and Youth conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. SPSS 28.0 was used for analysis, and the research results are as follows.
Among the subjects, 17.7% (281 people) experienced sexual violence, and personal factors such as self-esteem and depression were verified to have a significant effect on the suicidal thoughts of adolescents affected by sexual violence. Through this study, practical proposals were presented and intervention measures were suggested.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년 성폭력 피해는 성인보다 심각한 후유증을 가지며 청소년기 성폭력 피해는 자살생각을 야기하는 중요한 요인이다. 그러나 청소년 성폭력과 자살생각을 살펴본 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 성폭력 피해 청소년의 자살 생각에 대한 요인을 생태체계학점 관점을 통해 개인적·환경적 요인으로 살펴보고 성폭력 피해 청소년들의 자살 생각에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 개인적, 환경적 요인을 검증하고 실천적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한⌜2018년 아동·청소년 인권실태 조사 데이터⌟를 2차 분석하여 총 6,314명 중 성폭력 피해 경험이 있다고 응답한 청소년 281명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 28.0을 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
대상자 중 성폭력 피해를 경험한 청소년은 17.7%(281명)로 나타났으며, 개인적 요인인 자아존중감과 우울은 성폭력 피해 청소년의 자살 생각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 실천적 제안을 제시하고 개입 방안을 제언하였다.
