통일대비 남북교류 협력과 연천군의 역할

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 남북한 간 정상회담 및 활발한 경제적· 문화적 교류 속에서 중앙정부와는 다른 지방자치단체의 남북교류 역할의 중요성을 다루고자 하였다. 특히, 군사적 접경지역인 경기도 연천군이 통일 시대를 대비하여 현재까지 진행된 남북한 교류 사업 추진 계획을 소개하고 중앙정부와는 다른 지방자치단체만의 통일 시대 협력 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하였다.
이를 위한 연구방법으로는 기존의 문헌 및 보고서들을 검토하였으며, 연구결과 통일을 대비한 ‘접경지역 교류의 중요성’은 중앙정부차원의 거시적 교류와는 또 다른 차원에서 그 역할의 중요성 및 효과성이 높았으며, 이러한 점에서 통일을 대비한 남북교류과정에서 연천군의 역할 및 중요성을 실로 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was intended to address the importance of the role of inter-Korean exchanges between local governments, which are different from the central government, amid the recent inter-Korean summit and active economic and cultural government, amid the recent inter-Korean summit and active economic and cultural exchanges. In particular, Yeoncheon County, Gyeonggi Province, near the military border, introduced plans to promote inter-Korean exchange projects so far in preparation for the unification era and studied ways to promote cooperation between local governments, which are different from the central government.
For this purpose, existing literature and reports were reviewed. The study found that the importance of 'interchange in the border area' in preparation for unification was high in importance and effectiveness of its role in the process of inter-Korean exchanges in preparation for unification on another level from the central government's macroscopic exchanges, in this regard, the role and importance of Yeoncheon-gun County in the process of inter-Korean exchanges in preparation for unification were indeed great.
