나사렛 성격장애 진단준거 개발 = Development of Diagnostic Criteria for Nazarene Personality Disorder

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 기독교적 관점에서 성격장애를 규명하고자 나사렛 성격장애 진단준거를 개발하였다. 연구대상은 대학생 이상의 성인 581명(여 67.3%, 남 32.7%)이었으며 연구과정과 결과는 다음과 같다.
교만성(Rucism)이란 성경에 나타난 사단의 특성이다. 이 교만성이 성격화된 상태를 나사렛 성격장애로 정의하였고 교만성의 24가지 세부특성을 나사렛 성격장애의 24가지 세부유형으로 정의하였다.
신학적 해석에 따라 사단의 교만성 즉, 나사렛 성격장애의 24유형을 측정하는 예비문항을 개발하였다. 581명의 자기보고형 설문지가 분석되었고, 문항분석을 통해 120문항으로 구성된 나사렛 성격장애 진단준거를 선정하였다. 5개 문항으로 구성된 세부유형들은 사단의 특성, 마귀의 특성, 귀신의 특성으로 명명한 3개의 요인구조로 분석되었다. 나사렛 성격장애의 세부유형별 cronbach α 계수는 평균 .56, 범위는 .35에서 .72였다.
임상적 유용성을 살펴보기 위해 서재삼(2005)이 개발한 성격장애 진단검사를 동일한 대상에게 실시하였다. DSM-IV 성격장애와 나사렛 성격장애는 유형별로 유의미한 상관을 보였다.
결론적으로 나사렛 성격장애 진단준거는 신학적 이론으로 성격장애를 재해석하였다는 특징이 있으며, DSM-IV 성격장애와 의미있는 상관을 나타내었다. 후속 연구를 통해 성격장애의 선별에 사용할 수 있는 유용한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다. 교만성과 교만이론, 나사렛 성격장애라는 새로운 접근방식은 기독교적 심리치료 분야에 새로운 이론과 모델을 제안하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop Diagnostic Criteria for Nazarene Personality Disorder. Nazarene Personality Disorder(NPD) is a Personality Disorder(PD) defined from christianity point of view.
The respondents were 501 students of Nazarene University and 80 adults.
67.3% of respondents were females, and 32.7% were males. 55.4% of respondents were Protestant, 4.8% were Buddhist, 10.5% were Catholic, and 29.1% were unbelievers.
Rucism is a traits of Satan revealed in Bible. When Rucism became personalized we can diagnose as Nazarene Personality Disorder. Rucism consists of 24 subcharacters and we define 24 subcharacters as 24 types of Nazarene Personality Disorder.
We developed preliminary version of Diagnostic Criteria for NPD according to theological interpretation, which can measure 24 subcharacters of Rucism, that is 24 type of NPD. And self-reporting data of 581 were analysed through item analysis and finally Diagnostic Criteria for NPD consisted of 120 items were selected. Subscales are consist of 5 items. 24 types of NPD were analysed into 3 factors named satan's character, devil's character, demon's character. 24 type of NPD showed values of cronbach α average .56, ranged from .35 to 72.
To examine clinical utility we tested the Diagnostic Test for Personality Disorder to the same respondents. Diagnostic Test for Personality Disorder was developed by Seo J. S. in 2005.∼
The correlation between PD and NPD was significant. particularly, high correlations were observed between PDs and 2～3 types of NPD.
In conclusion, Diagnostic Criteria for NPD is specific because it is based on theological theory, and through further studies it can be used for screening test of PD.
Rucism, Rucism Theory, Nazarene Personality Disorder is a newly suggested approach to PD model and theory, especially for Christian psychotherapy.
