효율적인 대학 ERP System 분석 및 구축관리에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Analysis of Efficient University's ERP System and its Construction Management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보통신의 급속적인 발전으로 교직원 및 학생들의 IT기대에 부응하기 위하
여 대학교육에서도 획기적인 변화가 요구되고 있다.
이에 대학가에 차세대시스템 구축 열풍이 거세게 불고 클라이언트/서버 환경
으로 구축한 기존시스템을 웹 기반으로 통합하고 학생, 직원이 필요로 하는 모
든 정보에 간편히 접근할 수 있도록 하기 위해 차세대시스템을 구축하였다. 학
내 각종 시스템 간 연계는 물론 전문대학원 등 최근 급증한 대학 산하기관 정
보까지 통합 관리할 수 있는 시스템으로 바뀌고 있다. 이렇게 대학 차세대시스
템은 분리된 시스템을 통합함으로써 학생과 교직원 등 사용자 중심으로 바뀐다
는 점이 기존과 가장 큰 차이점이었다.
그러나 이 같은 추세에 급속도로 변하는 차세대 학사시스템에 의해 ERP
System의 그 중요성을 잃어버리고 있다.
학교의 본질인 교육을 중심으로 개발 초점이 맞춰지기 때문에 학사, 입시, 성
적, 졸업 등 학생과 직간접적으로 영향이 있는 시스템을 중심으로 개발이 된다.
따라서 ERP System은 상대적으로 개발의 중심에서 벗어나게 되는 것이다.
개발이 완료된 시점에 프로그램의 질을 따져보았을 때 ERP System이 현저하
게 떨어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
본 연구자는 ERP System의 도입방안 및 관리에 대한 연구를 하여 보다 나은
행정시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법을 찾고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the rapid development of information and communication, significant
changes has been required in higher education. to meet education workers
and students' expectation on IT
Thus, the fever of building a next-generation system has blown fiercely
in university, a next-generation system has been constructed to simply
access to all information students and its staffs need by integrating existing
systems established with client/server environment in web-based. It has
been changed to a system of integrating and managing the information of
institutions affiliated with the university with the recent surge like special
graduate schools as well as linking between the various systems on campus.
This next-generation system has the biggest difference from existing
systems in that it is changed to user-centered system such as students and
education workers by integrating separate systems.
However, university's ERP System's importance has been lost by a
next-generation Bachelor system changing rapidly in this trend. It has been
developed around a system affecting students directly, indirectly such as BA,
admissions, grades, graduation, etc because of focusing on education, the
nature of school -oriented development.
Therefore, its ERP System has been escaped from emphasizing
development. When investigating the quality of the program at the time of
its completion, its ERP System can be found to decline significantly.
This researcher tries to find a way of building a better administrative
system by studying ERP System's introduction plans and management
