공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 특성이 전자책 서비스의 이용과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 특성을 조사하고 이러한 특성이 전자책 서비스의 이용과 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 공공도서관 전용 모바일 서비스 중 가장 활발한 이용률을 보이고 있는 인천광역시의 “책 읽는 도시 인천” 어플리케이션을 이용하는 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 그 중 유효한 300부를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 특성에 관한 항목, 서비스의 이용에 관한 항목, 서비스의 충성도에 관한 항목, 그리고 인구통계학적 특성에 관한 항목의 네 부분으로 구성하였다. 통계분석은 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 3가지 특성이 서비스의 이용과 충성도에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였고, 이러한 특성의 세부적인 측정요소가 서비스의 이용과 충성도에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 아래와 같다.
첫째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 시스템 특성은 서비스 이용에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 콘텐츠 특성은 서비스의 이용 중 대출권수에만 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 도서관지원 특성은 서비스의 이용 중 대출권수에만 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 시스템 특성은 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 콘텐츠 특성은 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 도서관지원 특성은 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 결과를 종합적으로 분석해 보면, 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 시스템, 콘텐츠, 도서관지원 특성이 서비스의 이용 및 충성도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 각각의 공공도서관 모바일 전자책 서비스의 특성이 서비스의 이용 및 충성도에 세부적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인이 다르다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후 도서관의 모바일 서비스를 기획을 할 경우, 서비스의 이용과 충성도에 미치는 특성이 무엇인지를 제시하는 자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 향후 가설부분의 모형을 개선 및 보완을 통해 공공도서관 뿐만 아니라 대학도서관의 모바일 서비스와 관련하여 도서관 클라우드 서비스 및 모바일을 통한 도서관 마케팅 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is purposed on understanding the effects of the using and loyalty of e-book service by examination of e-book public library service's characteristics. For this, a survey targeting users of the application, called "Reading city, Incheon" which has a high rate of use, was conducted; and the valid 300 questionnaires were analysed. The study has four sections: Characteristics of public library mobile e-book seervice, use of services, loyalty to service, and demographic characteristic. Statistical analysis are studied by multiple regression analysis on the effects of three characteristics of public library mobile e-book service on using and loyalty to e-book service and are examined if these detail elements meaningfully effect on using and loyalty of e-book service or not. The results of the study are as below.

First, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' system meaningfully effect on the using of service.
Second, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' contents meaningfully effect on the number of lending books.
Third, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' support for library effect on the number of lending books only among the service uses.
Fourth, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' system meaningfully effect on the loyalty to service.
Fifth, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' contents meaningfully effect on the loyalty to service.
Sixth, the characteristics of public library mobile e-book services' support for library meaningfully effect on the loyalty to service.

The study has found that the system, contents, support for library of public library e-book service effect on using and loyalty to service. And it shows that each characteristic of public library e-book services differently influences on the using and loyalty to service. In case of planning library e-book service from now on, this study would be able to used as a reference to show the characteristics effecting on the using and loyalty to service. Also, it has significance on possibility of putting as a primary datum for library marking development through library cloud service and mobile using for mobile service of university libraries as well as public libraries by supplementation improvement in a model of the hypothesis.
