골프지도자의 리더십이 지도효율성에 미치는 영향 = Effect that golf instructors leadership gets in coaching efficiency

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 골프지도자의 리더십과 지도효율성의 관계를 알아봄으로써 골프지도의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾아보는데 그 목적이 있다.
자료수집에 있어서는 문헌연구와 실증연구를 같이 사용하였으며, 실증연구에 있어서는 요인분석을 통해 하위요인들을 수정하였으며, 수정된 요인들을 중심으로 신뢰도와 타당도를 검사한 후 설문지를 작성하였고, 이에 따른 결과에 대한 자료분석은 빈도분석과 분산(One-way ANOVA)분석, 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis) 을 이용하였다.
이를 통한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 골프지도자의 리더십 유형에 따라 연령과 지도기간적인 면에서 차이가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
둘째, 골프지도자의 리더십과 지도효율성의 관계를 살펴본 결과 지도만족에 있어서는 지시적과 지원적 리더십이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기능향상에 있어서는 지시적 리더십이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 골프지도자의 리더십과 지도효율성의 차이에 있어서 지도만족과 기능향상의 모든 항목에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다.
마지막으로 골프지도자의 지도효율을 높이기 위해서는 집단을 손쉽게 구분해 낼 수 있어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 집단별로 일반화된 특성을 파악할 수 있는 좀더 정확한 틀을 마련하는 것이 필요하다.
하지만 이러한 의의에도 불구하고 다음과 같은 한계를 가지고 있다. 우선 이번 연구에서 사용된 조사표본이 장소적으로 청주를 중심으로 한정적으로 이루어졌다는 점에서 표본의 편중성이 심할 뿐 아니라, 장소적 한계를 가지고 있다는 것이다.
다음으로 분석을 통해 골프지도자의 리더십에 따라 집단간 지도효율성에 차이가 있음을 파악할 수는 있었으나, 미래 전략의 기준으로 삼기 위해서는 좀더 자세한 집단별, 개인별 특성 파악이 요구된다는 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 다음과 같은 향후 연구가 필요하다.
첫째, 세분화된 소비자의 특성을 일반화 할 수 있는 표본을 추출하여 조사하여야 할 것이다.
둘째, 집단의 특성을 폭 넓게 활용하기 위하여 이론적으로 관련성을 밝혀낼 수 있는 다양한 변수의 개발이 필요하다 할 수 있다.
셋째, 미래 전략을 세우는 데 기준이 될 수 있을 만큼 효율적인 분석방법에 대한 연구가 병행되어야 할 것이다.
마지막으로, 리더십뿐만 아니라 전반적인 지도효율성에 관한 다각적인 연구가 좀 더 풍부하게 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study finds plan that can improve efficiency of golf coaching hereafter by searching relation of golf leader's leadership and coaching efficiency.
Used together literature study and supporting research in source collection, and corrected low rank factors through factor analysis in supporting research, and made questionnaire after examine believability and validity with modified factors, and data analysis about result by this used Frequency analysis and Variance analysis(One-way ANOVA), Multiple Regression analysis.
Result of this study through this is as following.
First, it could be known that there is big difference in age and the coaching period according to golf leader's leadership type.
Second, it was appeared that leadership affects the direction and the support in coaching satisfaction which examine relation of golf leader's leadership and coaching efficiency, and appeared that leadership affects the direction in ability improvement.
Third, difference was construed that is seen from all parts of coaching satisfaction and ability improvement in difference of golf leader's leadership and coaching efficiency.
Finally, more correct model needs so that can grasp characteristic that is had able to divided easily group, and generalizes by group for this to heighten golf leader's leadership efficiency.
However, in spite of these sense, have following limit. First, as well as preponderance of sample is serious in terms of investigation sample used in this study was consisted definitely in Chongju to place, have place limit.
Next, through analysis, it could grasp in between group coaching efficiency according to golf loader's leadership that difference is, but it is that characteristic grasping is required by more detailed group, by individual to make by standard of strategy the future. The following study needs hereafter in these side.
First, sample that will can generalize subdivided consumer's characteristic extract and may have to examine.
Second, it is needed that development of various variable that can reveal relativity theoretically to take advantage of characteristic of group broadly.
Third, study about efficient analysis method have to be run parallel so much so that can become standard to lay strategy.
Finally, diversified study about general coaching efficiency as well as leadership have to be achieved more richly.
