The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships among the Social support, lifelong Learning participation motivation, self-efficacy and quality of life of the Adult in China. The subjects of this study were 507 Adult in Hebei Province, China, who were questionnaire surveyed on their Social support, their motivation to participate in lifelong Learning, their self-efficacy and their quality of life. SPSS 25 software was used to analyze the differences of background characteristics of the Adult by t-test, F-test and back testing. Based on previous research theories, the paper deduces structural model, uses AMOS25 software to study the structure relationship and mediating effect between variables through validation factor analysis, fitting test and bootstrap validity test.
The results of the study indicate that, First, In terms of the Social support, there were significant differences in age, monthly incomeof the elderlyin terms of the variables of Social support, In terms of the variables of lifelong Learning participation motivation, there are significant differences in educational level, monthly income of the elderly. In terms of self-efficacy variables, there were significant differences in age, monthly income, and in terms of quality of life, there were significant differences in education, monthly income, place of residence. Second, in the structural relationship among social support, lifelong Learning participation motivation, self-efficacy and quality of life of the adult in China. The social support, lifelong Learning participation motivation, self-efficacy are the main factors affecting the quality of life. Third, there are 3 media effects between social support and quality of life. namely, the mediating effect of participation motivation, mediating effect of self-efficacy, the chain mediating effect of participation motivation and self-efficacy. Therefore, we should pay attention to the social support and participation motivation of the adult and the cultivation of self-efficacy.
The results are expected to be reflected in China decision on a lifelong education policy and a lifelong learning plan for adults.
