대학생 진로인식 및 진로교육프로그램 분석을 통한 대학 진로교육 개선 방안 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to suggest directions for the improvement of career education based on analysis of awareness and the program of undergraduate’s career education. 1,322 graduates answered 2022 G-university survey for career awareness and the programs preferring to participate in. The result was analyzed and differences in gender, grade, major field were found out.
The conclusions based on the result and discussions are as follows. First, undergraduates’ having more chances to understand themselves and collect information related with their major through better career exploration programs. Second, improving career preparation behaviors not to postpone the period of the future career decision. Third, supporting proper programs according to personal career preparation levels.
