高句麗 中裏制의 재검토 = The Reexamination of Goguryeo Jungni

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Goguryeo Jungni is the sole reference of the remaining documents nowadays which tells about Goguryeo‘s central public posts. But until now, it didn't attract many attention because of the lack of historical materials. Though, changes of the central public posts, which is some extent related to the State's control has to be contemplated in depth. At preexisting era, the meaning of Jungni was understanded in Geunsi concept. However, founding of that concept was not until latter era. Therefore I want to mention out that understanding the concept, which was established in the latter ear, to the previous time retroactively occurs problem.
By examining the Jungni post appeared in every periods, the Jungni post can be seen as an institutional strategy which was originally established to protect and support the royal authority. First, Jungni post called Jungoedaebu appeared in the early era. Jungoedaebu, has the meaning of daebu; meaning in charge of the central district which is under King, is the Jungni post‘s primitive form.
In the middle of the era, the concept of the Jungni post had expanded and it had covered the whole capital, not just the district under King. As the change of cognizance, it had changed and established to Jungnidodok. Not like Jungni post of early era, Jungnidodok had the infrastructure and secured independent military force. Furthermore, the forces of Nangnang, Daebang region which Goguryeo newly conquered in that era used the Jungni post as the stepping stone which leads to Goguryeo‘s central political circle.
Jungni post of the latter era had separated into Geunsi and Mugwan as it developed. The aspect of these two separate ways of the public post getting together as one part and be promoted thereafter from Widudaehyeong which is 5th public post can be seen and the last step of the public post was the Mangniji. The historical record shows that high rank 5th public post were in charge of whole state affairs of Goguryeo in that time. It can be seen that except the Daedaero which is the highest rank, they were all the side of royal authority.
