융복합을 활용한 창작작품 분석 및 공연 활성화 방안 모색 = Analyzing creative works using convergence and seeking ways to revitalize performances

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국을 대표하는 민간 발레단체의 융복합을 활용한 작품, 유니버설발레단의 <심청>과 서울발레시어터의 <댄싱뮤지엄>을 작품 배경, 작품 내용, 작품 구성으로 분류하고 작품 구성은 안무, 무대, 캐릭터, 의상의 세부 항목으로 나누어 분석한 후 공연 활성화 방안을 민간 발레 단체를 중심으로 연구하였다.
해외에서 성공을 거둔 작품과 국내에서 영향을 끼치고 있는 작품을 분석하여 향후 발전 방향성을 제시하고자 했으며 서로 다른 성향을 지닌 두 작품의 공통된 긍정적인 효과를 다음과 같이 도출할 수 있었으며 분석 결과를 토대로 민간 발레단체의 발전 방안을 다음과 같이 제시한다.
첫째, 발레의 대중화에 힘써야 한다. 한국적 소재를 활용한 발레를 창작하거나 무대장치의 활용과 대사의 사용으로 사실적이고 직설적인 표현을 사용해 관객들의 이해를 돕고 즐길 수 있는 작품을 창작한다.
둘째, 다양한 색깔을 가지고 다양한 소재를 활용한 작품이 창작될 필요성이 있다. 신진안무가를 육성하기 위해 안무가 육성프로그램이 필요할 것이며 타 장르의 안무가를 섭외해 창작을 진행하는 방식도 다양성을 추구하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
셋째, 무용수의 역량을 강화하는 작업이 필요하다. 무용수의 역량 강화는 또 다른 장르의 탄생을 기대할 수 있으며 관객층을 넓히는 효과를 더해줄 것으로 생각된다.
넷째, 홍보와 마케팅에 테크놀로지아트를 활용하였다. 영화의 예고편과 같이 홍보물을 제작하는 경우가 생겨나고 있으며 동적인 움직임을 만들어내는 영상기법으로 시각을 자극해 흥미를 유발하였다. 또한 캐릭터 디자인을 통해 작품을 입체적으로 구성하고 더 나아가 캐릭터를 상품화하여 관객개발에 집중할 필요성이 있다.
이러한 방안을 통해 본 연구는 각기 다른 성향을 지니고 다른 상황에 처한 민간 발레단체를 위한 기초자료로 활용되며 융복합을 활용한 공연 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있으며 다음과 같은 제언을 한다.
첫째, 민간 발레단체로 구성된 STP 협동조합이 확대되어야 한다. STP 협동조합에서 진행되고 있는 사업의 확대는 발레 대중화에도 직접적인 영향을 줄 것으로 생각되며 교육적인 측면과 융복합해 교육프로그램으로 발전을 기대한다.
둘째, 민간 발레단체를 위한 국가 지원정책의 확대가 필요하다. 예산 부족으로 어려움을 겪었던 과학기술의 도입이나 무대장치의 사용 및 의상의 제작도 해결될 것으로 생각된다.
셋째, 작품에 등장하는 캐릭터를 활용해 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하려는 시도가 필요하다.
넷째, 본 연구는 다양한 분야와 융복합을 활용한 창작작품 분석을 진행한 결과를 토대로 발전 방안을 모색하였다. 향후 테크놀로지로 분야를 세분화하여 융복합을 활용한 창작작품 분석이 필요하다고 생각된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study classified Universal Ballet's <Simcheong> and Seoul Ballet's <Dancing Museum>, which utilize the convergence of private ballet organizations representing Korea, into the background, contents, and composition of the work. In addition, the composition of the work was analyzed by dividing it into detailed items of choreography, stage, character, and costume. After that, I would like to propose a plan to revitalize the performance, focusing on private ballet organizations.
It attempted to present a common positive effect of two works with different tendencies by analyzing works that have been successful abroad and works that are influencing Korea, and based on the analysis results, it presents the development plan of private ballet organizations as follows.
First, we must strive to popularize ballet. Create ballet using Korean materials or create works that can help and enjoy the audience understand by using realistic and direct expressions using stage equipment and dialogue.
Second, there is a need to create works using various materials with various colors. A choreographer training program will be needed to foster new choreographers, and the way to recruit choreographers from other genres will also help pursue diversity.
Third, it is necessary to strengthen the competence of dancers. Strengthening the capacity of dancers can be expected to create another genre and is expected to add to the effect of expanding the audience.
Fourth, technology art was used for promotion and marketing. There are cases of producing promotional materials, such as movie trailers, and it stimulated the vision with video techniques that create dynamic movements, causing interest. In addition, through character design, it is necessary to organize the work in three dimensions and further commercialize the characters to focus on audience development.
Through these measures, this study aims to be used as basic data for private ballet organizations with different tendencies and in different situations to revitalize performances using convergence, and makes the following suggestions.
First, STP cooperatives composed of private ballet organizations should be expanded. The expansion of projects underway by the STP cooperative is expected to have a direct impact on the popularization of ballet, and it is expected to develop into an educational program in combination with the educational aspect.
Second, it is necessary to expand the national support policy for private ballet organizations. It is thought that the introduction of science and technology, which had difficulties due to lack of budget, the use of stage equipment, and the production of costumes will also be resolved.
Third, it is necessary to attempt to develop various contents using characters appearing in the work.
Fourth, this study sought a development plan based on the results of analyzing creative works using various fields and convergence. In the future, it is necessary to subdivide the field into technology and analyze creative works using convergence.
