무용 전공생의 대학원 진학 기대요인과 만족도

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 무용 전공대학원생의 대학원 진학 기대요인을 살펴보고, 대학원 진학 전후를 비교를 통해 진학 기대와 만족도의 차이를 분석하여 대학원의 질적 개선 및 발전 방안을 제시하기 위한 연구에 목적이 있다.

본 연구 문제들은 1) 무용전공 대학원생의 대학원 기대요인은 무엇인가 2) 무용전공 대학원생의 대학원 기대 및 만족도는 어떠한가를 확인했다. 기대 및 만족도의 경우 일반적 만족도, 기대 대비 만족도, 직업 유무에 따른 만족도로 하위 요인을 구성해 대학원 전반의 기대에 대한 각각의 충족정도를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울 및 경기도 지역 소재의 일반대학원 무용학과 석사 과정 수료생 이상인 27명을 대상이었다.

교육서비스 품질의 일반적 기대 및 만족도와 하위 요인별 기대 및 만족도는 설문지를 실시하였으며, SPSS18.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석 그리고 기대와 만족 간의 차이를 독립표본 T-test를 실시했다. 질적 연구 질문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 위해 전문가 3인의 집단을 중심으로 구인 타당도를 검증하였고, 질적 연구 결과는 주제 분석을 수행했다. 그 결과, 무용 전공 대학원생은 진학당시 배움요인에대한 기대감이 높았으며, 교육과정의 교과목에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 실기보다는 이론에 대한 만족감이 높게 나타나 특이점을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 교육서비스 품질 중 대학원생활 지원에 대한 만족감이 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 직장 종사자와 비직장인의 경우 대학원에 만족감을 나타내는 요인에 일부 차이가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 무용 대학원에 대한 기대요인 및 기대 정도가 다양한 요인에서 나타남에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 전반적인 만족도가 낮게 나타났다.

따라서, 각 요인별 만족도 향상을 위한 개선방안을 모색하고, 대학원생들의 진로 선택 및 향후 목표에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 교육 서비스를 제공해야할 필요가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the expected factors of
graduate school students majoring in dance and to analyze the difference
between expectations and satisfaction before and after graduate school to
suggest ways to improve and develop graduate school quality. The
research questions of this study confirmed 1) what are the expected
factors of graduate school students majoring in dance 2) what are the
expectations and satisfaction of graduate school students majoring in
dance. In the case of expectation and satisfaction, sub-factors were
composed of general satisfaction, satisfaction compared to expectation,
and satisfaction according to job presence, and the degree of satisfaction
for each graduate school as a whole was examined. The subjects of this
study were 27 students who completed the master's course in the dance
department of general graduate school located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
A questionnaire was conducted on the general expectations and
satisfaction of educational service quality and expectations and
satisfaction by sub-factors, and an independent sample T-test was
conducted on frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and
differences between expectations and satisfaction through the SPSS18.0
program. For the validity and reliability of the qualitative research
questionnaire, construct validity was verified by a group of three
experts, and thematic analysis was performed on the qualitative research
results. As a result, graduate students of dance major had high
expectations for learning factors at the time of admission, and overall
satisfaction with subjects in the curriculum was higher with theory than
with practice. In addition, among the quality of educational services,
satisfaction with graduate life support was the lowest, and in the case of
office workers and non-workers, there were some differences in factors
indicating satisfaction with graduate school. Although the expectation
factors and the level of expectations for the graduate school of dance
appeared in various factors, the overall satisfaction with them was low.
Therefore, it was confirmed that it was necessary to seek improvement
measures to improve satisfaction for each factor and to provide
educational services that can significantly affect graduate students'
career choices and future goals
