도시공간에서 발견되는 노출과 은폐의 심리적 상황 표현 연구 = A Study on Psychological Situation Expression of Exposure and Concealment in Urban Space

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인간은 타자와의 소통을 통해 사회적인 객체로서 존재한다. 현대의 도시사회에서 이루어지는 소통은 다양한 방법적인 형태를 지니고 있고 인간커뮤니케이션은 다른 동물들과 차별화 된 것으로 간주된다. 인간은 동물과 다르게 언어를 구사할 수 있고 소통수단의 발전은 인간사회의 공존화를 이루는데 크게 기여하였다. 한편, 도시에서의 삶을 살아가는 현대인들은 타자에게 자신이 어떤 사람인지 드러내는 것을 부담스러워하기도 한다. 궁극적으로는 진정한 본성이 보여 지는 것을 주저하는데, 이는 현대사회에 만연하고 있는 심리적인 노출에 대한 은폐성의 요구 때문이기도 하다. 이러한 특징들은 사람들이 사회생활을 할 때 인간관계에서 벌어지는 사건들에 대한 개인적인 생각이나 의견이 규율에 의해 묵살되기도 하고 스스로 타인의 눈치를 보며 집단 내에서 소외되지 않기 위한 행동으로 나타난다.
연구자는 개인의 심리적인 부분을 바탕으로 현대에 들어 변화된 인간 소통의 방식과 새롭게 대두되는 소통의 부작용을 찾아보았다. 또 사람들이 살아가는 도시공간에서 발견되는 노출과 은폐의 존재 여부를 확인하고 피상적인 도시공간의 노출과 은폐가 아닌, 인간관계에서 벌어지는 사건들의 사실이나 진실들에 대해 탐구했다. 게다가 노출과 은폐의 성격을 갖는 예로 개인의 비밀 혹은 사회적으로 이슈화되는 사건이나 범죄의 숨겨지는 부분들을 나열하고 노출과 은폐성 표현을 구사한 작가들의 작품에서는 어떠한 방식으로 노출과 은폐적 효과들이 드러나는지에 대해 분석했다.
마지막으로 연구자는 도시공간을 영위하는 사람들 사이의 관계 속에서 발현되는 감정노출의 불필요성과 연구자가 바라보는 사회의 디스토피아적인 시선, 실재탐구와 함께 진실을 규명하고자 하는 심리에 대한 회화제작과 표현연구를 기술하였다. 이는 인간이 살아가는 사회에서 좀 더 보완하고 개선되어야 할 부분들에 관심이 필요하다는 것을 주장한다. 또한 연구자는 앞으로의 작품 활동에 있어서 다양한 방법을 이용하여 작업하고 더욱 직관적이고 파격적인 작품 창작을 진행하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Human beings exist as social objects through communication with others. Communication in modern urban societies has various forms and human communication is regarded as differentiated from other animals. Human beings can speak languages differently from animals and the development of means of communication has contributed greatly to the coexistence of human society. On the other hand, modern people living in the city are burdened to reveal who they are to others. Ultimately, it hesitates to show true nature, which is also due to the demand for concealment of psychological exposure that is prevalent in modern society. This characteristics appears as actions individual thoughts or opinions about events happening in human relationships when they are engaged in social life, being disregarded by discipline and not being alienated from the group by themselves.
Based on the psychological part of the individual, the researcher looked up human communication that has been transformed in modern society and the side effects of the newly emerging communication. It also examined the existence of exposures and concealment found in urban spaces where people live and explored the facts and truths of events in human relationships, not exposure and concealment of superficial urban spaces. In addition, examples of exposure and concealment include the secrets of individuals or lists the hidden parts of socially-issue events or crimes, and how exposure and concealment effects are revealed in the works of artists who have expressed exposure and concealment.
Finally, the researcher the needlessness of emotions exposure in the relationship between people living in urban spaces, the dystopian gaze of the society that the researcher sees, describe painting production and expression research on psychology that tries to clarify reality inquiry and truth. It argues that there is a need for attention to areas that need to be supplemented and improved in a society where human beings live. In addition, the researcher will work in various ways in future work activities, and intend to create more intuitive and extraordinary works.
