製造業에서 産業災害의 物的要因이 企業成果에 미치는 影響 = (The) Effect of physical factors related to industrial accidents in manufacturing on corporate performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary problem of this study was to examine the relationship of physical variables in manufacturing to industrial accidents and the influence of them to corporate performance.
The physical variables in manufacturing were related to working environment, working process, facilities and safety equipments.
The corporate performance variables to organizational and individual performance.
Each participants was required to complete the questionnaire that provided data.
The purpose of this study was to give some information about the prevention of the industrial accidents and the improvement of the corporate performance and the questionnaire was used to provide the related data.
In addition to the questionnaire, three hypotheses were developed and tested by using SPSS-PC statistical program.
The hypotheses of this study were:
1 The physical variables in manufacturing may be related to industrial accidents.
2. The physical variables in manufacturing may give the influence to organizational performance.
3. The physical variables in manufacturing may give the influence to individual performance.
In conclusion, most of physical variables were related to industrial accidents
Working process factor and facility factor in physical variables effected to organizational performance and environmental , working process and safe equipmental factor of them to individual performance.
