花卉를 中心으로한 彩色畵 연구 : 본인 작품을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 화훼(花卉)를 소재로 한 채색화(彩色畵) 연구(硏究)로서 꽃, 나무, 풀 등의 화려하면서도 소박한 자연의 소재를 통하여 한국적 미감을 정감성있게 표출시키고자 하였다. 특히 꽃의 본질적인 지고지선(至高至善)의 절대적 아름다움은 인간에게 순수하고 숭고한 정신을 가지게 해주며 인간의 미의식(美意識)을 통해 창조에의 충동을 일으킨다.
본인은 일상생활의 주변에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 화훼(卉)의 형상(形象)을 사실적이고 구체적으로 묘사(描寫)하거나 때로는 실물보다 과장되게 표현하여 새로운 조형적 해석을 시도하였다. 색채는 대상이 지닌 미감의 함축성을 채색화의 전통적 기법을 바탕으로 독특하고 창의성있는 색감으로 표현하려 하였으며 전체적인 구도에서는 소재가 되는 대상을 화면의 근경에 확대 표현함으로써 집중적으로 주제군을 형성하거나 한쪽으로 치우친 변각구도로 구성하여 화면에 새로운 현대적 조형감각을 표출하였다.
지금까지의 채색화 작품제작에서 대상의 외적 사실성의 묘사적 색채 표현에만 머물렀다면 앞으로의 채색화 제작에서는 대상의 외형 뿐 만 아니라 내면에 함축된 화훼의 생명력과 미의 본질적 요소를 단순화시켜 현대적 조형미를 모색하여 새로운 채색화를 연구하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The colored picture is studied with flowers as the main theme. A Korean esthetic sense is tried to be expressed with natural, naive and beautiful things like flowers, trees and plants etc. The intrinsic beauty of flowers captured by an esthetic sense invokes naive and lofty feeling and impulses the motive of creation.
A new formative interpretation is attempted by adopting not only realistic and concrete description but also exaggeration of the object. In color, a sense of the inherent beauty of the object is expressed with a unique and creative color based on the tradiational technique In overall compositon, the subject of the picture is enlarged and concentrated near a close-up view of the picture. An inclined composition is also used to highlight a theme. All of these contribute to express a modem formative sense in this study.
A reserch on a new trend of the colored picture which expresses lively and fundamental elements of the beauty of a thing as well as the realistic shape will be needed although the present work is restricted in the realistic description of a thing.
