신재생 사업개발 및 화력발전사업 운영에 있어서의 효율적 갈등관리 방안에 관한 연구 : 신재생 사업개발 및 화력발전사업 운영을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 재생 에너지 개발과 열 발전 프로젝트 운영으로 인해 발생하는 갈등을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 전략을 제안합니다. 갈등의 원인과 특성을 분석하고, 이러한 분야에서의 갈등 예방 및 해결 방안을 소개합니다. 연구 결과는 이해관계자 간의 이해 부족, 정보 비대칭, 지원 갈등 및 이익 분배의 부적절성 등과 같은 다양한 요인에서 비롯된 갈등을 보여줍니다. 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위해 정책 및 기구적 조치, 정보 공개, 대화 등과 같은 다양한 갈등 관리 방법이 필요함을 확인하였습니다.

이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문은 중재, 협상, 지속적인 의사소통 및 모니터링 등을 포함한 공공 갈등 예방 및 해결을 위한 방안을 제시합니다. 이러한 조치들은 재생 에너지 개발과 열 발전 프로젝트와 관련된 갈등을 예방하고 통제하는 데 매우 유용한 지침이 될 것으로 기대됩니다. 따라서, 이 논문은 재생 에너지 개발 및 열 발전 프로젝트와 관련된 이해관계자 간의 갈등을 이해하고 관리하기 위한 포괄적인 자료로 활용될 것입니다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to propose ways to effectively manage conflicts related to the development of renewable energy and the operation of thermal power generation projects. To do so, the causes and characteristics of conflicts are analyzed and solutions for conflict prevention and resolution in these fields are introduced.


The research results show that conflicts arising from the development of renewable energy and the operation of thermal power generation projects are caused by various factors, including lack of understanding between stakeholders, information asymmetry, support conflicts, and distribution of benefits. It was confirmed that various conflict management methods, such as policy and institutional measures, information disclosure, and dialogue, are needed to solve these conflicts.

Based on these results, this paper suggests measures for preventing and resolving public conflicts, such as mediation and negotiation, continuous communication and monitoring, etc. It is expected that these measures will be very useful guidelines for preventing and controlling conflicts related to the development of renewable energy and the operation of thermal power generation projects.

Therefore, this paper will be a very useful resource for understanding and managing conflicts among stakeholders related to the development of renewable energy and the operation of thermal power generation projects.
