Enterprise portal site is a type of new information system that can help companies and their employees and their customers to manage, share, and use previously disparate information. Most organizations are becoming more cognizant of this trend and are trying to gain advantage of this remarkable potentiality through integrating web technologies into their operations. The primary objective of this research is to identify and evaluate the functions and features of enterprise portal site quality, to understand the relationship between enterprise portal site quality and customer loyalty. In particular, this study identifies user (customers) perceived indicators to evaluate content-based enterprise portal site(EPS) quality and what the roles of EPS’s quality, customer satisfaction and trust and are in creating loyalty to service providers. The results of this study may be useful to information technology managers, educators, and students involved in information management, E-REM, brand management.
