Due to the rapid development of information technology and globalization of information infrastructure, many economic behaviors have been changed. Information technologies also have influenced infrastructure of logistics industry (CALS/EC, ERP, SCM, and so on) as well as manufacturing ones. In order to provide one-stop-logistics information service, it is necessary to interconnect 3-port (airport, seaport, and landport) information systems. In this research, we propose to integrate logistics related policies scattered from government bureaus in order to provide one-stop customer service through synergy effect of logistics information policies. We also urge to develop user oriented integrated software or interconnect VANS system through physical/logical way, and to prepare for launching open EDI as well as internet EDI. Last but not least, as a stepping stone for industry informatization, we suggest to support much more for implementing logistics information system in a hub; not only airport and seaport but also ICD(Inland Container Depot) and integrated cargo terminal for multi-mode transport systems.
