국가기본도 수치지도제작 데이타베이스의 품질유지 및 정확도 향상 = The Quality Assurance and Accuracy Improvement of National Basemap Digital Mapping Database

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국가기본도 수치지도자료는 향후 정보시대의 기반정보로 1995년 이래 시작된 1차산업을 완료하고 자료의 유통이 이루어지고 있다.
일반적으로 수치지도의 품질은 자료의 연혁, 위치정확도, 속성정확도, 논리적일관성 및 완전성에 의해 좌우되며, 다양한 응용분야의 기초정보로 사용하기 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 품질 확보가 이루어져야 한다.
본 연구에서는 국가기본도 수치지도자료 제작과정에서의 오류유형을 분석하여 주로 자료의 논리적일관성과 완전성을 확보할 수 있는 자동검수프로그램을 개발하고, 위치정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 제작방법을 제안함으로써 수치지도정보의 품질유지 및 정확도향상을 통해 고품질 수치지도제작에 기여하는데 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 수행결과, 수치지도의 GIS분야 응용분야에서 주요한 자료의 논리적일관성과 완전성을 확보할 수 있는 자동검수프로그램을 개발하였으며, 고품질 수치지도제작방법을 제시함으로써 국가기본도 수치지도 데이터베이스의 품질확보 및 정확도향상에 기여할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The digital map data of national basemap which will be basic data of the information age is accomplished to produce and are ready to distribute to public.
Generally, the quality of digital map is affected to data history, position accuracy, attribute accuracy, logical consistency and completeness. The quality of digital map is assured to use basic data for the field of various application.
The purpose of this study is to develop automated quality program of digital map through analysis type of errors in digital mapping, to determine method of high quality digital mapping.
As a results of this study. The automated quality control program of digital map developed to assure logical consistency and completeness of digital map which is used to principal data in the field of GIS and is determined the process of high quality digital mapping. Also, the results of this study is contributed to quality assrence and accuracy improvement of national basemap digital mapping database.
