    For the developmemt of B subtilis host and sector system for the overexpression of substifism and the therapeutic protein such as staphylokinase (SAK) sigma factor mutants were constructed Among the spore mutants(spoIIA, spoIIIC, spoIIG and its double mutation), spoIIG single mutants shows the highest activity in the subtilism production Single copu lacZ fusion sectors with different promoter (P43 known as vegetative promoter, and aprE, amyE known as stationary phase promoters) were compared to screen the best expression system Expression level of p43-tacZ and amyE-lacZ were higher than that of aprE-lacZ P43 promoter were selected for the SAK production in the next year.
