수사적 비유 “현재법”(evidencia) 연구:『돈키호테』여성 인물들을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 1605년과 1615년에 10년간의 시간차를 두고 세르반테스가 이 세상에 내 놓은 『돈키호테』1, 2부에 나타나는 문채(figura)의 특징을 해명하는 작업이다. 이를 통해 우리는 1부와 2부가 문채적으로 어떤 차이를 보이고 있는지를 살펴보았다.
『돈키호테』 작품의 근본적인 모티브인 돈키호테의 기사도 세계에서 가장 중심적인 위치에 설정되어 있는 둘시네아를 비롯해서 수 많은 여성 인물들이 사건 전개에서 등장한다. 우리는 돈키호테의 영원한 뮤즈인 둘시네아를 비롯해서 1, 2부 이야기 전개 중에서 등장하는 공작부인, 돈키호테 조카딸과 가정부, 도로테아, 마르셀라, 루씬다, 주막집 여주인과 딸, 그리고 하녀 마리토르네서, 끼테리아, 산초 빤사 부인 테레사 빤사, 소라이다와 같은 여러 여인들이 작품 속에서 각각 어떻게 그려지고 있는지 살펴보았다.
우리 연구에서 여성 인물들만을 분석의 대상으로 삼은 이유는 『돈키호테』가 황금세기 다른 작품들과 여러 부분에서 차이점을 보이고 있지만 여성의 역할에서도 당대 작품들에 등장하는 여성들과 비교해보면 크게 다른 모습들을 보여주기 때문에, 이들을 통해 작가가 보여주고 있는 새로운 여성상을 현재법으로 분석한다면 이 작품의 사실주의적 가치를 또 다른 각도에서 매우 구체적이고 객관적으로 밝혀낼 수 있을 거라 판단했기 때문이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explores the characteristics of figura in the First and Second parts of El Quixote, which Cervantes put on the world over a period of 10 years in 1605 and 1615. Through this, we examined the difference between the first part and the second part. In the long history of this immortal work numerous female characters appear, including Dulcinea set in the most central position in Don Quixote’s chivalry world.
We saw how many women were drawn in the works, such as Dulcinea, Don Quixote’s niece and maid, orotea, Marcela, Luscinda, the inn owner’s wife and daughter and the maid Maritornes, Quiteria, Teresa Panza, Soraida
The reason why we have only analyzed the female characters in our study is that El Quixote is different from other works of the Golden century, but in the role of women as well, Because of this, we considerd that if we analyze the new female image that the artist shows through these, we could find out the realistic value of this work from another angle very specifically and objectively.
