The purpose of this study is to explore the theory for north and south korean’s "mind integration" as fundamental element of the two Koreas social integration after re-unification. For this reason, this study research the empirical case of the interaction of a variety of contact zones north and south koreans meet.
Findings of our research are the followings. First, there is a "spatial effect" on the interaction of South and North Koreans in a variety of contact zone. We can see there are changes in the interaction of the relationship and mind between the north and south Korean people depending on the nature of the contact zone.
Second, in the relationship of South Korean people, North Korean immigrants show the characteristics of "Minority group" must adapt to Korean society inevitably.
Third, it is possible to change the interaction of mind between the north and south Korean people depending on the level and frequency of contact between them.
Fourth, there are some changes in the attitude of North Korean workers in Kaesong Industrial Complex as the inter-Korean economic cooperation projects.
