탈식민주의적 전환과 독일문학

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 독일 탈식민주의 문학의 중요한 모델인 아프로도이치(Afro-deutsch) 문학의 대표작 『우리 가운데 한 사람』을 통해 백인 문화의 지배담론에 의해 억압받고 침묵을 강요당하고 있는 식민주체의 정체성을 탈식민주의적 관점에서 해체해 볼 것이다. 이를 위해 이 글은 크게 두 부분으로 구성된다. 우선 독일문학과 탈식민주의 그리고 포스트모더니즘의 연관성을 먼저 규명해 보고, 그 다음 『우리 가운데 한 사람』의 주인공 베르벨의 가족사를 통해 전후 독일사회에 은폐되어 있었던 인종주의 이데올로기를 흑인-피식민자의 시각으로 ‘다시 쓰고Rewriting’, 흑인 주인공의 자기 정체성 찾기 과정을 따라가며 피부색을 통해 구성된 식민주체(성)의 해체가능성에 대해 살펴볼 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research paper attempts to dismantle the identity of the world's colonized nations which were suppressed and silenced by white Western civilization who claimed to have a right to rule them, from the viewpoint of the Postcolonial Era. It seeks to do this through thorough examination of [Eine von Uns], a representative work of Afro-Deutsch literature which is a prime model of Germany's Postcolonial literature. Under this purpose, this paper consists of two general parts. The first part seeks to do a "rewriting" of the racialist ideology that was largely veiled from the public in post-war German society, from a black/colonized point of view in the narrative of the protagonist Barbel's family history. The second part will seek to examine the feasibility of the dismantling of the identity of the colonized, as determined by skin color, by following the journey the black protagonist went on in his quest to find his own identity.
