한국 지식재산 융합행정 모형 정립을 위한 정책연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 한국 지식재산 융합행정의 이론적 개념을 정립하고, 지식재산 융합행정의 성공요인들을 도출하여 체계적이고 실질적인 사후관리를 위한 한국형 지식재산 융합행정 모형을 모색해보고자 한다. 분석결과 지식재산 융합행정의 성공적인 시행을 위해 1)뚜렷한 공동목표, 2)참여기관 상호신뢰, 3)융합행정 유용성 공감, 4)참여기관 의사소통, 5)최고관리자의 관심과 리더십, 6)합리적 예산 배분, 7)명확한 기관 간의 책임과 권한, 8)합리적 성과관리와 인센티브 총 8가지 요인들을 충족해야함을 확인했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper analyzes what an Integrated Administration on the Intellectual Property be and what the success factors are. There are eight success factors for the Integrated Administration on the Intellectual Property in South Korea. First, participating organizations should have clear joint goals. Second, they should have a mutual trust. Third, they must agree on the need to cooperate. Fourth, they should be better communication. Fifth, President should be of interest for the Integrated Administration on the Intellectual Property. Sixth, this should be a reasonable budget allocation. Seventh, clear rights and responsibilities should be divided. Eighth, there must be a reasonable performance management and incentives.
