공정사회 지향을 위해 다문화 가정의 문화관광 경험이 레질리언스 및 사회적응 증진에 미치는 영향관계연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국사회에서 결혼관의 변화로 다문화가정 결혼이민자들이 증가하게 되어 우리 주변에서 어렵지 않게 그들을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 때문에 한국사회에 정착하여 살아가는 다문화가정들이 사회와의 긍정적 상호작용을 통해 빠르고 안정된 사회적응을 위한 다양한 방안모색이 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 다문화가정의 문화관광경험이 레질리언스와 사회적응증진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 시도되었다.
이를 위해 2012년 3월부터 동년 6월 15일까지 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 문화관광 참여 경험이 있는 다문화가정 결혼이미자를 대상으로 총 350부의 설문을 배포하여 회수된 312부 중 불성실한 응답을 한 29부를 제외한 총 283부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 SPSS WIN 19.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다.
연구결과 문화관광경험과 레질리언스 그리고 사회적응능력간의 긍정적 영향관계를 확인하였으며, 레질리언스와 사회적응능력간에도 긍정적 영향관계가 있음을 확인하였다.
이러한 문화관광경험과 레질리언서, 사회적응증진간의 관계를 규명함으로서 스트레스 상황에서 대처하고 회복함을 의미하느느 레질리언스와 사회적응증진에 있어 문화관광경험이 중요한 변수가 됨을 확인 할 수 있었고, 나아가 보다 적극적이고 수용자 중심적으로 결혼이미자의 사회·문화적응 관련 정책에 있어 문화관광경험 즉 관광이라는 새로운 대안을 제시한 점에서 큰 의미가 있을 것이다.

Since immigrants of multicultural family are increased by the changes of the view of marriage in Korea, it is not difficult to see them around and social interests on improvement of social adaptation of immigrant have been grown.
In this study, we explored the effects of Cultural tourism experience on resilience and promotion of social adjustment of multi-cultural families.
A survey was conducted of married immigrants from Marchl to 15 June in 2012. 283 of 350 questionnaires were used for analyze data and exploratory factor and reliability analysis were achieved by using SPNN WIN 19.0 statistical package, and regression analysis was performed to testify research hypothesis.
As a result, Experience fo Cultural tourism had statistically positive (+) relationship in promotion of social adjustment and resilience. and resilience, also, indicated statically positive relationship in promotion of social adjustment.
Based on the analyzed result, this implies the necessity of developing leisure and cultural tour activity program for marriage immigrants and the resilience which is regarded to be one of the important factor for recover and handle of stress to promotion the social adjustment.
